Henry Golding is taking on a new role in the upcoming Monsoon.
The trailer for the film, which first premiered back in June 2019 at the Karlovy Vary International Film Festival, debuted on Friday (March 20).
The film also features Parker Sawyers, who can be seen out on what appears to be a date with Henry‘s character, followed by an intense shirtless makeout session.
The Hong Khaou-directed film is set to be released sometime in 2020.
Here’s a plot summary: Kit, a British Vietnamese man, returns to Saigon for the first time in over 30 years, after fleeing during the Vietnam-American War. Struggling to make sense of himself in a city he’s no longer familiar with, he embarks on a personal journey across the country that opens up the possibility for friendship, love, and happiness.
