The Hitman’s Wife’s Bodyguard trailer is finally here!

Here’s a synopsis: The world’s most lethal odd couple – bodyguard Michael Bryce (Ryan Reynolds) and hitman Darius Kincaid (Samuel L. Jackson) – are back on another life-threatening mission. Still unlicensed and under scrutiny, Bryce is forced into action by Darius’s even more volatile wife, the infamous international con artist Sonia Kincaid (Salma Hayek). As Bryce is driven over the edge by his two most dangerous protectees, the trio get in over their heads in a global plot and soon find that they are all that stand between Europe and a vengeful and powerful madman (Antonio Banderas). Joining in the fun and deadly mayhem is Morgan Freeman as…well, you’ll have to see.

Frank Grillo and Morgan Freeman also star. The movie is set to hit theaters on June 16, 2021.

Morgan Freeman is urging members of the public to get their COVID-19 vaccines in a new PSA.

The 83-year-old actor has teamed up with The Creative Coalition and the National Blue Ribbon Task Force for the new video, which is the first piece in a campaign to reassure hesitant Americans of the vaccine’s safety and efficacy.

“I’m not a doctor, but I trust science. And I’m told that, for some reason, people trust me,” Morgan says in the PSA. “So here I am to say I trust science and I got the vaccine. If you trust me, you’ll get the vaccine.”

“In math, it’s called the distributive property. In people, it’s called taking care of one another. Get the vaccine. Help make our world a safe place for us to enjoy ourselves again. Please,” he continues.

Florence Pugh is starring in a new movie!

Deadline has announced that the Oscar-nominee will be starring in the upcoming film A Good Person, which is written and directed by her boyfriend Zach Braff.

The movie will also star Morgan Freeman, who previously worked with Zach in 2017′s Going with Style.

According to Deadline, “The film will follow Allison (Pugh), whose life falls apart following her involvement in a fatal accident. In the following years, it is the unlikely relationship she forms with her would-be father-in-law (Freeman) that helps her live a life worth living.”

Zach and Florence have been dating since 2018 and were first spotted out and about together in 2019.

The couple have received criticism over their age difference throughout their relationship. Florence has publicly defended their relationship a number of times and shared her thoughts about the public scrutiny.

Amazon has landed a star-studded cast to lead the upcoming dramatic anthology series Solos.

The new series is being developed by executive producer and showrunner David Weil, who created the show Hunters for Amazon.

Oscar winners Anne Hathaway, Morgan Freeman, and Helen Mirren are all part of the series, along with Uzo Aduba, Nicole Beharie, Anthony Mackie, Dan Stevens, and Constance Wu.

Solos is a dramatic and thought-provoking seven-part anthology series that explores the deeper meaning of human connection, as explored through the lens of the individual. Solos will tell unique character-driven stories, each from a different perspective and moment in time, that illuminate that even during our most seemingly isolated moments, in the most disparate of circumstances, we are all connected through the human experience.

Sam Taylor-Johnson, Zach Braff, Tiffany Johnson, and David Weil will direct episodes.

“I am beyond thrilled to be bringing Solos to life alongside this group of artists who I so deeply admire. I created this piece with a desire to capture stories about connection, hope and the search for that common hum of humanity that binds us all. I’m immensely grateful to Jennifer Salke and my incredible partners at Amazon for their unwavering support and collaboration on this special project,” Weil said in a statement.

Solos is expected to premiere on Amazon Prime Video later in 2021.

A star-studded virtual table reading of the movie Fast Times at Ridgemont High is taking place next week and it’s going to be great!

The 1982 movie starred Sean Penn, was directed by Amy Heckerling, and was written by Cameron Crowe. While Sean will be participating in the table reading, he will not be reprising his role as Jeff Spicoli.

Dane Cook is presenting the “Feelin’ A-Live” fundraiser to benefit the emergency relief nonprofit CORE, which was co-founded by Sean, as well as the criminal justice reform organization REFORM Alliance.

The cast will include Jennifer Aniston, Julia Roberts, Matthew McConaughey, Henry Golding, Shia LaBeouf, and Morgan Freeman. More casting will be announced soon and the roles they’re playing won’t be revealed until the event takes place.

“On behalf of our dedicated team at CORE, I’m so appreciative of the support Dane has given and continues to give to our work. I’m always game for a giggle. So, to gather remotely for a night of laughs with so many talented folks while providing CORE with much-needed resources to continue our vital work, then consider us fully onboard to play!” Sean said in a statement.

The event will stream live on Facebook on Thursday (August 20) at 9pm ET / 6pm PT.

They want to be heard, they got something to say, there’s something they notice. They just want to be understood,” Dave said while accepting the award (via CNN). “I love this genre, it saved my life.”

A three-year, $1.5 billion renovation lit up the South Florida sky to mark the Hollywood venue’s official reopening. The renovation added the new 36-story guitar-shaped tower with 638 rooms. Additionally, the venue doubled its casino floor space, while adding new restaurants and bar space, plus a renovation to Hard Rock Live.

Maroon 5 is set to take the stage tonight (October 25) as the first act in the newly renovated 7,000-seat Hard Rock Live.
