Gwyneth Paltrow is opening up about motherhood.

The Oscar winner and goop founder made an appearance on The Ellen DeGeneres Show on Wednesday (October 20).

During her appearance, she spoke about staying in Ellen‘s guest house and taking a “disastrous” nude photo of herself for her birthday, as well as talking about the time she lived on Rob Lowe‘s couch when she was still hustling to become an actress.

Later on, she shared how her 15-year-old son, Moses, reacted to her company selling female pleasure products.

“Can I tell you the sweetest thing? This really happened,” she began.

“A few months ago, he said ‘you know Mom, I was really embarrassed for a minute that goop sold vibrators. And then I realized, no this is great, you’re making people feel not embarrassed to buy something, and that’s great. You’re a feminist,” she explained.

She also shared the sex advice she told her kids.

Gwyneth Paltrow is opening up about how the pandemic is affecting her children, especially 14-year-old son, Moses Martin.

During her appearance on Jimmy Kimmel Live, the 48-year-old Goop founder shared that Moses is struggling not being as active as he would be without restrictions.

“What’s great is that he’s a skateboarder, so he can do a lot of, just like, solo, outside, exercise and work on skills and tricks and stuff like that,” she says. “But I think it’s very hard to be 14. And you know, as all the parents who are watching your show know, it’s tough on the ones, you know, that are still in kind of, like, the most intense developmental stages, I sort of observed.”

Gwyneth adds that he’s struggling more than daughter Apple, who is 16 because “she kind of, like, knows who she is. She’s got her friends, and my son would have started high school in September. And I think it’s hard socially.”

She did give a shout out to all the kids who have navigated the pandemic and come out on top.

“[I've] “been so amazed how adaptable kids are during this time and how agile they’ve been…Hats off to all these kids around the world who are just getting through it.”

The 48-year-old goop entrepreneur posted a photo alongside 16-year-old daughter Apple and 14-year-old son Moses, with whom she shares with ex Chris Martin, on Thursday (November 26) on her Instagram.
