Jay-Z, J Balvin and Missy Elliott are heating up the stage!

The three superstars were among the many acts who performed at Pharrell Williams‘ inaugural Something In The Water Festival on Saturday (April 27) in Virginia Beach, Virginia.

Pharrell headlined the evening of music with many superstar friends, including Snoop Dogg, Diddy, Usher, Busta Rhymes, Tyler, the Creator, Timbaland, N.E.R.D, Charlie Wilson and Fam-Lay. Travis Scott, SZA and Virgil Abloh.

Prior to their sets, the crowd enjoyed performances from Ferg and a DJ set by Kaytranada, as well as sets by Mac DeMarco, Rosalia, Amber Mark, and Radiant Children.

The multi-day music festival and cultural experience on the beach was created to unite the community and celebrate the diversity and magic of Virginia Beach.

It’s described as “an opportunity to bring the best of what Pharrell has encountered around the world back to his hometown. The weekend celebrates opportunity and the chance to empower everyone from the youth to the small business owners.”

Dua Lipa rocks out on stage during Day Two of the 2018 Reading Festival on Saturday afternoon (August 25) in Reading, England.

The 23-year-old singer showed off her super toned abs in a yellow plaid bralette and windbreaker pants for her performance on stage.

Other acts during Day Two of the festival included Brendon Urie and Panic! at the Disco, Pharrell Williams and N.E.R.D, and Lizzo.

Pharrell Williams is getting some motivation from an 11-year-old!

The 44-year-old “Happy” superstar appeared on The Ellen DeGeneres Show on Thursday (January 25).

During his appearance, Pharrell spoke about working on Justin Timberlake‘s Man Of The Woods, as well as making the first N.E.R.D. album in seven years, and revealed that dying his hair green is what got him ready to record with his band again!

He also opened up about having triplets, and how they are as they’ve grown up.

Plus, Ellen introduces Pharrell to 11-year-old fitness expert and motivational speaker Demarjay Smith, who is featured on N.E.R.D‘s song “Secret Life of Tigers.”

Ellen also surprises Demarjay by telling him he will be her correspondent for a second time at the NBA All-Star Game next month where Pharrell and N.E.R.D are headlining.

Later on, N.E.R.D put on their first performance in 14 years on Ellen with “Lemon.” Watch below!

Fergie, Kevin Hart, and Pharrell Williams are joining forces for the 2018 NBA All-Star Game, the NBA announced on Thursday (January 18).

Before the game, Kevin and special guests will take the stage for an exciting opening and introduction of the teams.

Fergie will sing the U.S. national anthem, and Pharrell and N.E.R.D will perform at halftime.

Barenaked Ladies will sing the Canadian national anthem.

The game will take place on Sunday (February 18) at Staples Center in Los Angeles. It will air live at 8 p.m. ET on TNT.

To celebrate the release of N.E.R.D‘s comeback album No_One Every Really Dies, Pharrell Williams made an appearance on Jimmy Kimmel Live to promote the LP on Thursday night (December 14)!

“It’s one of those things where it just hits you when it hits you,” the 44-year-old entertainer told Jimmy said of their seven-year hiatus. “I can’t just make things for myself. I’m so much better at working with other people and producing and writing songs for other people because they inspire me. I don’t inspire myself.”

Pharrell was later joined by his N.E.R.D bandmates Chad Hugo and Shay Haley to hit the outdoor stage for a performance of “Lemon” and the Future-assisted “1000.”

N.E.R.D is back with new album!

The guys – Pharrell Williams, Chad Hugo, and Shay Haley – just dropped new album No_One Ever Really Dies!

This is the group’s first album since they released Nothing back in 2010.

Back in November, N.E.R.D released their first single off of the album “Lemon” featuring Rihanna.

N.E.R.D‘s new album features tons of other collaborations including songs with Ed Sheeran, Kendrick Lamar, and Gucci Mane.
