The new season does not start until June 26, but HBO is giving the show’s fans a sneak peek of the season premiere on its new service HBO Go.

The first three minutes of the premiere episode is currently available for viewing and another preview of the episode will be posted on June 5!

While premiering his new movie, Metropia, at the Tribeca Film Festival, Skarsgard told People, “I’m not a prude at all I shot a very, very graphic scene two days ago with a man. I am from Sweden, and it’s different there. If it makes sense, I’ll just do it. And to me, so far, it’s made sense every single time I’ve got naked or made out on the show.”

Southland‘s Kevin Alejandro will be joining the cast of True Blood, THR reports.

The 33-year-old actor will play Jesus, an orderly who takes care of Lafayette’s mother (played by former Desperate Housewives star Alfre Woodard) and gets romantically involved with Lafayette (Nelsan Ellis). Fang-tastic!!!

Kevin will still be a regular on Southland; the first 13 episodes of the show are ready to air on TNT beginning January 12, so he has time off to shoot True Blood!

The cast of the hit vampire series True Blood takes a bite out of the 2009 Summer Television Critics Association Press Tour held at the The Langham Huntington Hotel & Spa on Saturday (August 1) in Pasadena, Calif.

Earlier this week, it was announced that HBO would be renewing its entire summer original programming lineup, ordering another round of True Blood, freshman comedy Hung and veteran comedy Entourage. True Blood has averaged 3.8 million viewers (11.2 when you add repeats, DVR and On Demand viewing).
