Bates Motel's Comic-Con 2016 Panel Reveals Details About Vera Farmiga's Character Next Season!

Vera Farmiga, Freddie Highmore, Nestor Carbonell and Max Thieriot pose for photos together at the Bates Motel panel during 2016 Comic-Con on Friday (July 22) in San Diego, Calif.

During the panel, showrunner Carlton Cuse eased fan anxiety over Vera‘s character’s involvement next season.

If you didn’t know, Vera (Norma) was killed by Norman.

“There’s all these rumors she’s going to go on American Horror Story – no,” Carlton said. “She still exists in Norman’s imagination. He will become an increasingly unreliable narrator and through his point of view, we’re going to see a lot of her. She’s very much a character.”
