Katharine McPhee and her hubby, producer Nick Cokas, leave a restaurant after having lunch on Saturday (October 6) in New York City’s West Village.

The 28-year-old Smash actress and her husband were joined for their meal by another couple. After lunch, the two pairs walked around the neighborhood together.

“Dev cheated on her and she says goodbye to him,” Katharine told InStyle recently about the upcoming season of Smash. “She really has a crush on this character Jimmy, but you don’t really know what’s going to happen with them. And there might be another possible love angle that might happen.”

Kat announced via her Twitter that she just started work on a Christmas album! Expect to hear “O Holy Night” on the album!

Katharine McPhee heads home to her home on the west coast after a flight from New York City on Saturday (November 28).

The 25-year-old Idol alum waited patiently for her bags with her husband Nick Cokas and let her dogs Larry and Nena stretch their legs after the cross-country flight.

Kat performed “Had It All” at the Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade on Thursday and got the chance to explore the city after manning her float at the parade. “Before heading back to LaLa I’m seeing The Nutcracker tonight!” she tweeted.

The 24-year-old American Idol alum has just signed a two-year endorsement deal with Neutrogena, joining Hayden Panettiere, Vanessa Hudgens, Mischa Barton and Jennifer Love Hewitt in representing the skin care company.

McPhee and her 42-year-old husband first met on the set of a TV show which Cokas was producing in 2005.
