Along for the ride as third wheel? Little sister Nicky.

The partying Hilton sisters were seen leaving their Beverly Hills mansion with Paris‘ “Hollywood redneck” boy toy. They both carried Chanel handbags and wore diamante jewelry — a Paris pendant necklace and a Nicky Hilton initialed ring.

Aren’t we all glad Paris could find love with Ashlee Simpson‘s ex?

Where does it all go? Nicole Richie had a late night dinner yesterday in L.A. with the lesser famous hotel heiressNicky Hilton at Johnny Rockets, where she ordered a giant hamburger, chili fries, and a vanilla milkshake. YUM YUM!

• Michael Jackson is now scheduled to perform when he accepts a lifetime achievement award at the World Music Awards in London Nov. 15, organizers said. Roberto Cavalli, who met Jackson at his new home in Ireland on Monday, will design Jackson’s costumes.
• Keith Urban, who last month entered a rehabilitation center for alcohol abuse, won male vocalist of the year last night at the CMA’s for the second year in a row. When Keith‘s name was announced, he received a standing ovation, and his award was accepted by Ronnie Dunn. Dunn read a letter from Keith in which he thanked his friends and family and wife Nicole Kidman “To my wife, Nicole, I love you,” Keith said in the letter.

Nicky Hilton was in Miami this past Friday for a very risque Ocean Drive Magazine photoshoot atop the Breakwater Hotel — which will soon be called Nicky O, A Nicky Hilton Hotel. After a two-year Hollywood romance, Nicky, 23, broke up with Entourage‘s Kevin Connolly this past Monday after she suspected him of cheating. Maybe I’m not as fashionable as the rest of you, but I think those handbags are hideous and they look like nothing more than high-end paper shopping bags. And I’d seriously like to see how this photoshoot turns out. I mean, look at that setting (there’s a run-down strip mall with a laundromat/cleaners in the background)! Mix that in with the luxury goods that the Hilton sisters are holding–and wearing–and that may or may not be an interesting photoshoot to see.

And wow, they do not look like sisters here. How long do you guys think until Paris ditches Bambi here for a newer and smaller dog accessory?

Pretty soon (this November in fact), if you visit Miami’s famed Ocean Drive, you might be able to stay in Nicky Hilton’s newest business venture, Nicky O, a boutique chain of luxury hotels to open in Miami and Chicago. Apparently, Nicky Hilton’s got so much money that she feels it’d be great to compete with her own family line of Hilton Hotels. Seriously though, what’s up with the name? Nicky O? That’s the most unoriginal name that must have been conceived in any meeting (just in case you don’t know, her middle name is Olivia, hence the ‘O’ – duh).

Each 94-room structure will have independently designed rooms by Nicky’s friends. Expect room prices to be intergalactic. As for hotel management help from her family? Well, she says she’ll go to them for advice, but financially, she’s supposedly heading this up on her own. Yeah, right.

Nicky Hilton is getting into the hotel business, she told PEOPLE on Thursday.

"I’ve always wanted to do it," says the lodging heiress, who plans to renovate two existing buildings to open the "Nicky O" on Miami’s famed Ocean Drive in November. "I’ve been around hotels my whole life, and I know a good hotel when I see one."

Shortly after, her second Nicky O will open on Chicago’s historic Printer’s Row. "Miami will definitely be a party destination, and Chicago will be a little more calm," she says.

The 94-room boutique/condo accommodation will include entertainment news tickers in the elevators, a signature scent and rooms designed by friends – including a $5,000-a-night penthouse by clothing designer Roberto Cavalli.

Although Hilton, 22, comes from a family with an expertise in hotels, she isn’t partnering with the clan to fund her new project. "I’ll go to my family for advice, but they’re not involved at all," she says of her parents, brothers, and sister Paris.

Still, she is a Hilton: Borrowing a phrase from sister Paris, Nicky says of the Miami hotel’s lobby, which will include a giant chandelier at its center and lots of marble: "It’s just so beautiful – and hot."

As for her private life, she says everything with her boyfriend, Entourage star Kevin Connolly, is "good" – but she’s focusing on her career right now, including shooting ads for her bag line and feverishly working to get the hotels ready to open. "This is my summer," she says of her latest endeavor.
