Nicole Richie attends a short meeting at the MTV studios on Tuesday in Santa Monica, Calif. Think they’re cooking up a new reality TV show??

When asked about her upcoming jewelry line at Cusp boutique, Nicole told Fab, “It’s called House of Harlow and it’s actually the beginning of a brand that I’m developing of children’s apparel and also a clothing line, shoes, bags, sunglasses, everything. I’m really excited. The jewelry is first and it will be out in late August.”

As for designing for a children’s collection, Ms. Richie said, “I’m at the very beginning stages but I’m designing adult clothes for babies. The girl’s clothes are designed after my personal clothing and the guy’s clothes are going to be designed after [partner Joel Madden's].”

Nicole Richie arrives at The Richie-Madden Children’s Foundation fundraiser to benefit The Children’s Health Fund at Cusp Boutique on Friday in Los Angeles. (Her necklace reads her daughter’s name, Harlow Winter Kate.)

Star Magazine recently reported that Nicole is interested in a role on the hit CW drama, Gossip Girl.

An insider at the mags says: “Nicole’s life has settled down a bit after having her daughter Harlow, she’s eager to get back to work. She’s keen on pursuing an acting career and she loves Gossip Girl.”

Nicole Richie continues to get her life back on track by returning to her 18-month program of group counseling, one-on-one meetings and alcohol education on Wednesday in Van Nuys, Calif.

Nicole Richie pays a visit to electronics retail store RadioShack in Beverly Hills on Thursday. She was later seen with partner Joel Madden at his DCMA store in Los Angeles.

Nicole toted around her favorite Balenciaga bag and wore her “H for Harlow” necklace.

Star Magazine‘s latest cover screams “NICOLE IN TEARS”. Nic reportedly was crushed after catching fiancé Joel Madden boozing with Lindsay Lohan.

“Their heads were practically touching, and he had his leg over hers,” says one onlooker. “Joel has a flirtatious side, and he definitely wasn’t turning her away. He was so zeroed in on Lindsay, he never heard his cell ring. Nicole felt so incredibly helpless and upset that she threw her phone against the wall in a rage.”
