Michael Buble‘s wife Luisana Lopilato has provided an update on their son Noah‘s battle with cancer.

“Thank God, my son is well. When things like those that happened to us occur, your take on life changes,” she said during a recent press conference (via People). “It happened to us. Now I value life much more, the now and the today. I would like to thank people for their support, for the prayers they said, for their love, and I want them to know that they reached us and that it helped us a lot to come through this.”

“But the love is daily, when people stop me in the street,” she continued. “It’s wonderful to know that you’re accompanied in life and that people love you…My son’s recovery is a long process as you all know and he has to continue with check-ups. But we are very happy. We are looking forward to thinking about the future, to seeing our children grow. Seeing Noah grow and being happy gave me the strength to return and finish this film.”

“My faith in the fact God had a miracle helped me,” Luisana continued. “I became strong so my son would get better. I transmitted that to all my friends and family.”

It was revealed that Noah had been diagnosed with cancer back in November.

The 41-year-old singer revealed the news of Noah‘s diagnosis around three months ago and we later learned that he was fighting liver cancer.

“We are so grateful to report that our son Noah has been progressing well during his treatment and the doctors are very optimistic about the future for our little boy,” Michael said in a statement (via Us Weekly). “He has been brave throughout and we continue to be inspired by his courage. We thank God for the strength he has given all of us.”

Michael Buble‘s adorable three-year-old son Noah is getting the most sought-after toy this Christmas – a Hatchimal!

The 41-year-old singer’s sister Brandee Buble took to her Instagram account recently to let everyone know that she got her hands on the coveted toy, which is sold out everywhere.

“Spent hours looking at every possible store that sold toys in Vancouver, got on waiting lists, only to find one on Craigslist, an hour away from where we live & twice the price…but we got Noah the Hatchimal that I promised him! Tia & Tio pulled through! And I think Mike may be more excited than he is!” Brandee captioned the below photo.

Noah was recently diagnosed with cancer and he has been undergoing treatment. We continue to send our love to the family and wish him a speedy recovery!

Michael Buble is currently taking a break from work while focusing on his son Noah‘s recovery from cancer and his friend David Foster is opening up about how he’s doing.

The 41-year-old entertainer’s three-year-old son has reportedly been diagnosed with liver cancer and is undergoing chemotherapy.

“Right now he’s in a huge bubble, as you would expect,” David told ET Canada. “When this happens, everything shuts down around you. You go inside your little bubble and I don’t think he’s looking at social media. I’m sure he feels the love from millions of people… He’s in good shape. He’s got good doctors around him and we will hope and pray for a good outcome.”

“He will not sing again until his child is well, I’m certain of it,” he added.

Michael Buble and his wife Luisana Lopilato found out the devastating news last week that their three-year-old-son Noah has been diagnosed with cancer.

The couple has now learned that Noah is specifically battling liver cancer, Argentinian magazine Gente reports.

The magazine went on to reveal that Noah has already started chemotherapy treatments, scheduled to last for four months.

“[Luisana] took her son to the Otamendi Miroli Hospital in Buenos Aires because he had a high fever,” Gente stated. “After an exhaustive examination, they ruled out mumps and suggested two possibilities, a throat infection or mononucleosis. To rule out the second possibility they had to carry out a battery of tests which included an abdominal ultrasound. On October 27, after a throat swab, they confirmed he had a throat infection and not mononucleosis but the ultrasound had detected a liver problem. The doctors told Luisana, ‘He has a stain on his liver, but it’s not got different tones and therefore it’s probably benign but we have to continue with the tests.’”

The family then headed to Los Angeles for a second opinion, where doctors confirmed the sad news.

“If God wanted it to be discovered that way, it’s because he wants to save Noah,” Luisana‘s sister Daniela told the mag. “Cancer is a horrible illness but we have faith in Noah being able to overcome this. We know he will. The time to start a long and very difficult treatment has come but it’s got to be done. They say children are normally strong to put up with chemotherapy and my nephew is a warrior.”

“He has the innocence of children and that is good,” she added. “He doesn’t understand too much what is happening. The love people are showing is helping us to see things with optimism and we have a lot of faith.”

Michael will no longer appear at the 2016 BBC Music Awards because of this tragic diagnosis.

Daniela Lopilato spoke out on an Argentinian television station to ask the public to stop speculating about Noah‘s illness.

“Michael and my sister [Luisana Lopilato] will publish more statements and I can’t say anymore but it’s not leukemia or the central nervous system as people are saying. That’s all I can say,” she said, adding that the diagnosis left the family “broken in half.”

“The only thing I ask if that you don’t speculate because not everyone has children and can understand what this means,” Daniela added (via UK’s Express).
