Prime Video has debuted the first official photos of Jacob Elordi‘s new series!
The 26-year-old Saltburn actor and Odessa Young star in the Australian original drama series The Narrow Road to the Deep North, which is based on the 2013 novel of the same name by Richard Flanagan.
The series just recently wrapped production in New South Wales, Australia.

Jesse Eisenberg and Adrien Brody suit up for the premiere of their new movie, Manodrome, during the 2023 Berlinale International Film Festival held at Berlinale Palast over the weekend in Germany.
The two actors were joined by director John Trengove, and co-stars Sallieu Sesay, Odessa Young, and Philip Ettinger on the red carpet. Adrien‘s designer girlfriend, Georgina Chapman, was also seen at the event.
When asked about what seems like an out-of-the-box character for him, Jesse said that playing Ralphie provided him with a way to let our his extreme frustrations.
“I walk around with lots of emotions that are not appropriate to display in public, and then when I get to do a project where the characters have an extreme range of emotions, that feels really cathartic,” he told THR in a new interview about the project.
Jesse added, “I also sometimes marvel at just normal civilized society where people aren’t way more upset or elated with everyday life. But it’s cathartic. And I guess I felt a lot for the character and really sad for what he’s going through.”
He also spoke of the focus on the group of men in the movie, and how it was formed out of “backlash to what I personally think is wonderful progress about gender norms and gender roles, but for them, it feels like their whole world is being threatened.”
“All their personal insecurities and fears and feelings of inadequacy manifest as anger towards women as opposed to looking inward to fix whatever issues are going on with themselves,” Jesse shared.

Colin Firth and Patrick Schwarzenegger were just two of the stars who stepped out for the premiere of their new series, The Staircase, held at Museum of Modern Art on Tuesday night (May 3) in New York City.
The two actors met up with their co-stars Parker Posey, Sophie Turner, Dane DeHaan, Michael Stuhlbarg, Olivia DeJonge, Rosemarie DeWitt, Odessa Young, Tim Guinee, Cullen Moss, and Vincent Vermignon on the red carpet, just days ahead of the series premiere on HBO.
If you’re unfamiliar, The Staircase is a dramatic retelling of the true story of Kathleen Peterson’s murder, which her husband, author Michael Peterson, was convicted of.
The series is also based on the documentary of the same name, which focused on it Michael was truly guilty of the crime or not.
The Staircase debuts on May 5 on HBO.

Colin Firth gets interrogated in the brand new trailer for HBO Max’s The Staircase.
Based on the shocking true story, the limited series will center on author Michael Peterson (Firth), his sprawling North Carolina family, and the suspicious death of his wife, Kathleen Peterson (Toni Collette).
The series also stars Michael Stuhlbarg, Juliette Binoche, Dane DeHaan, Olivia DeJonge, Rosemarie DeWitt, Tim Guinee, Patrick Schwarzenegger, Sophie Turner, Vincent Vermignon, Odessa Young and Parker Posey.

The hunt to find Madonna continues!
A ton of talented actresses and music stars are vying to play the Queen of Pop herself in her forthcoming biopic, and there is a big update about all of the names who are still up for consideration, via THR.
Casting director Carmen Cuba is running the search, and there are several high profile names still in the running, according to the new report.
The process has been described as “grueling,” and auditions have been going on for months, including sometimes up-to-11 hour-a-day choreography sessions with Madonna’s choreographer, and sessions with Madonna herself. There are also singing sessions and readings with Madonna.
“You have to be able to do everything,” an insider said.
The movie reportedly leads up to the 1990 Blonde Ambition tour, which will require plenty of singing and dancing.
