Lukas Gage and Chase Stokes partied the night away with their partners while attending the Variety and Golden Globes Party during the 2023 Venice Film Festival on Thursday night (August 31).

The 28-year-old White Lotus star posed for photos outside the Excelsior Hotel in Venice, Italy with his husband Chris Appleton. The couple coordinated in light-colored outfits. While Lukas opted for monochromatic white, Chris looked cool in an icy shade of blue.

Meanwhile, the 30-year-old Outer Banks actor was joined by his girlfriend, country star Kelsea Ballerini, and they matched in black ensembles!

Angelina Jolie has a new role in the works.

The 47-year-old Maleficent actress signed on to work with Spencer director Pablo Larrain on a biopic about opera singer Maria Callas, according to Variety. The project will be titled Maria and is said to trace the opera singer’s life through her death in 1977.

Kristen Stewart is glowing for her latest red carpet appearance!

The 31-year-old actress had a smile across her face while attending The Hollywood Reporter’s Oscar Nominees Night on Monday (March 7) at Spago in Beverly Hills, Calif.

Kristen was joined on the carpet by Pablo Larrain, the director of her movie Spencer. She is nominated for Best Actress for her work in the acclaimed film, which is now streaming on Hulu.

Earlier in the day, Kristen walked the carpet for the Oscars Nominees Luncheon, where all nominees from every category gather to celebrate their achievement.

Kristen Stewart is all smiles on the red carpet!

The 31-year-old actress was photographed on the carpet while attending the 2022 Film Independent Spirit Awards at the Santa Monica Pier on Sunday afternoon (March 6) in Santa Monica, Calif.

Kristen was joined at the event by Pablo Larrain, who is the director of her movie Spencer. She will be presenting at the show and she’s also serving as the Spirit Awards honorary chair.

Earlier in the weekend, Kristen stepped out in a sheer dress while being honored at the Santa Barbara International Film Festival, where she reunited with a co-star who she worked with over ten years ago.

Kristen Stewart keeps it chic in a pinstripe suit at Deadline’s The Contenders Event held at DGA Theater Complex on Sunday (November 14) in Los Angeles.

The 31-year-old actress joined director Pablo Larrain in speaking about their new film, Spencer, in which she portrays the late Princess Diana.

“I’m not somebody who had a super developed relationship with her as a figure, or the royal family as a whole thing, but I wouldn’t have played this part unless I loved her,” Kristen shared at the event of taking on the role. “It’s so easy to do that, it’s so immediate.”

She added that she found Diana very relatable: “I think also what she represented so viscerally is this reflection. It was the first time that anyone imbedded in this Royal Institution ever felt like somebody who they could be. It wasn’t based on fake dreams… she provided a dream that just felt real.”

Just the night before, Kristen stepped out at the 2021 Hamilton Behind The Camera Awards where she presented the Director Award to Pablo.

Kristen Stewart poses with co-star Jack Farthing on the red carpet at the premiere of Spencer held at the DGA Theater Complex in Los Angeles on Tuesday night (October 26).

The two stars of the film were joined by their director Pablo Larrain for the event.

While on the red carpet, Kristen opened up about some fans hesitation in seeing the film, which focuses on just three days in the late Princess Diana‘s life when she decides to divorce Prince Charles.

“If they want to spend their time indulging their own curiosities about ours, I would say that we led with love and the only reason we made this movie is because that person that we will never be able to know is somebody that influenced us intimately and we’re still talking about her,” Kristen shared with ET.

She added that she thinks Diana‘s “very literal legacy that she left behind in her boys are — for me, as somebody who attempted to dream about her and her life and imagine what her life must have felt like, in a way that is not even remotely an authority, this is too personal — being somebody that played Diana, she would be so proud.”

“All I would say is that we led with love and curiosity. And professed to know nothing. We’re literally just sort of admirers.”

Spencer is set to arrive in theaters on November 5.

Kristen Stewart and Maggie Gyllenhaal have been staying busy during the pandemic.

The actresses are two of 17 filmmakers that have directed short films during the global lockdown in a project titled Homemade helmed by director Pablo Larrain for Netflix, Variety reports.

Homemade combines all of the filmmakers’ short films – which will be available to watch as five to seven minute shorts, or as one long feature – and captures each individuals quarantine experience.

Kristen filmed her short film in Los Angeles while Maggie shot hers in Vermont, where she has been quarantining with her family.

If you didn’t know, Pablo will soon be directing Kristen in the upcoming biopic Spencer, where the actress will be playing the late Princess Diana.

Homemade will be debuting on Netflix on June 30, and a donation in honor of each filmmaker will be made from Netflix’s Hardship Fund to third parties and non-profit groups providing emergency relief for out-of-work cast and crew.
