Kim Kardashian’s bodyguard is reportedly being sued.

Pascal Duvier and PROTECTSECURITY are allegedly being sued by Kim Kardashian‘s insurance company after the Keeping Up With The Kardashians star was robbed at gunpoint during Paris Fashion Week in 2016 in Paris, France, according to TMZ.

Kim‘s insurance company reportedly paid $6.1 million. Now, her insurance company AIG is reportedly coming to collect from her bodyguard and the security group he works for, reportedly claiming he is at fault for leaving her unattended.

AIG also claims he failed to recognize potential security breaches, including the front gate to the courtyard missing a lock and the intercom not functioning.

Fergie was spotted out and about in New York City the other day with a familiar face.

The 41-year-old entertainer was joined by bodyguard Pascal Duvier – Kim Kardashian‘s former bodyguard – while stepping out on Thursday night (December 1) in NYC.

Pascal stopped working for Kim back in November, one month after Kim was robbed at gunpoint in Paris.

Kim and Fergie‘s relationship goes back years – Kim co-starred along Fergie in her “M.I.L.F.$.” music video earlier this year.

Kim Kardashian‘s bodyguard Pascal Duvier has taken over security for another famous female.

He was spotted working the set of Fergie‘s new music video on Friday (November 11) in Malibu, Calif.

The 36-year-old reality star stopped working with Pascal following her terrifying robbery incident last month, though she has said she doesn’t blame him, as was on assignment with her sisters Kourtney and Kendall at the time of the incident.

However, Kim has decided that the best decision is to completely overhaul her security, TMZ reports.

Pascal and Fergie have a longstanding working relationship – he’s been guarding the global superstar for many years!

Kim Kardashian has reportedly stopped working with her longtime bodyguard Pascal Duvier after her terrifying robbery incident one month ago.

The 36-year-old reality star did not blame her bodyguard for what happened as he was on assignment with Kim‘s sisters at the time of the incident.

“The decision wasn’t personal but rather a complete overhauling of security after the incident,” a source told Us Weekly about why they parted ways.

Kim started working with Pascal in 2013 and he previously worked with her husband Kanye West for one year before that.

During the attack, Pascal was watching over Kendall Jenner and Kourtney Kardashian at a nightclub.

“The events that occurred in Paris was one of the most sickening things I have seen or heard. We have tips and leads and we will find you. That I promise you…you messed with the wrong one,” Pascal said (via Daily Mail).

Kim reportedly doesn’t blame Pascal for the attack at all.

Kim Kardashian is still shaken up after being tied up and robbed in her Paris hotel room, but one person she doesn’t blame is her bodyguard Pascal Duvier.

The 35-year-old reality star was alone in her room at the time of the attack as Pascal was keeping her sisters Kourtney Kardashian and Kendall Jenner safe at a club.

“Pascal was with Kourtney and Kendall at L’Arc Nightclub. Kim felt safe at the apartment by herself,” an insider told Us Weekly. “Kim is not blaming Pascal. She felt completely safe at the Paris apartment and doesn’t believe this is his fault in any way.”

“There will be a massive security detail in place for the future,” the source added, noting that “Pascal is staying.”

Last week, Kim was saved from an attack on the street by Pascal, who tackled the assailant to the ground.
