Michelle Rodriguez Is Jealous That Paul Walker Died First

Michelle Rodriguez is opening up about how she was affected by the sudden death of her Fast & Furious co-star Paul Walker in 2013.

In new documentary The Reality of Truth, the 37-year-old actress explained that she did anything she could to get her mind off of his passing.

“I have to say, you know, when I lost Paul, I went through about a year of just being an animal. Like, what could I do, physically, to just get my mind off of existentialism? Get my mind off of how transient life is and how we come here and can just disappear at any moment. How could I get my mind off that?” she explained.

She added that using a psychedelic plant called Ayahuasca helped her come to realizations about his death.

Michelle said, “I did everything I could possibly do to hide from myself and I’ll tell you that my Ayahuasca trip made me sad that he left me here. It wasn’t a sadness that he’s gone, it’s more like a jealousy that he’s there first.”

Paul Walker's Dad Files Wrongful Death Suit Against Porsche

Paul Walker‘s father, Paul Walker III, has filed a lawsuit against Porsche for the wrongful death of his son.

According to People, the late actor’s dad is the executor of his estate and claims in the suit that the Porsche Carrera GT “lacked certain safety features” that could have saved Paul and driver Roger Rodas.

Back in September, Paul‘s daughter Meadow, 16, filed a wrongful death suit, after which the car company fired back saying that Paul was at fault as he was a “knowledgeable and sophisticated user of the 2005 Carrera GT.”

Paul was 40 years old when he passed away in the November 2013 accident.

Porsche Fires Back at Paul Walker's Wrongful Death Lawsuit

Porsche is firing back at the wrongful death lawsuit filed by Paul Walker‘s daughter Meadow after her father’s tragic death.

The car company is saying that Paul‘s death was his own fault and that he was “a knowledgeable and sophisticated user of the 2005 Carrera GT.” According to TMZ.

Porsche is also replying to the allegations that the car was defective. “The subject 2005 Carrera GT was abused and altered,” Porsche reportedly says in the suit, adding that the car was “misused and improperly maintained.”

The filing deduces that Paul was partly to blame for his death. Paul died almost two years ago at age 40 in a fiery car crash in Southern California.

Paul Walker's Daughter Is Suing Porsche in Wrongful Death Lawsuit

Paul Walker‘s daughter Meadow has just filed a wrongful death lawsuit against Porsche for her father’s death.

The 16-year-old daughter of the Fast & Furious actor has filed documents which share some gruesome details from her father’s crash in the Porsche Carrera GT, via TMZ.

Law enforcement officials have said that the cause of crash was speeding between 80 to 93 MPH. The lawsuit contests that Roger Rodas, the man who was driving the car, was only going 63 and 71 MPH at the time of the crash.

Her lawyers also say that the car had “a history of instability and control issues.”

“The bottom line is that the Porsche Carrera GT is a dangerous car. It doesn’t belong on the street. And we shouldn’t be without Paul Walker or his friend, Roger Rodas,” Meadow‘s lawyer said in a statement to TMZ.
