UPDATE: Pete released a statement explaining why he deleted everything from his Instagram account.

Pete Davidson wiped his Instagram account clean, but it’s not clear at this time why he deleted all of his pictures.

The account seems to have been wiped clean on Monday (July 23). His last post, which is still up, is an Instagram Story of him and Machine Gun Kelly in Syracuse, New York. All of Pete‘s actual photos are gone.

This clean slate comes just one day after Pete fired back at some of Ariana‘s followers in her Instagram comments. In addition, today also happens to be the day Ariana‘s ex Mac Miller spoke publicly for the first time about Ariana and Pete‘s engagement.

Also, Ariana took to Twitter today to send a message about positive vibes.

“the energy u put out is exactly what u get back, please create a beautiful life for yourselves,” she tweeted.

Mac Miller Breaks His Silence on Ariana Grande's Engagement to Pete Davidson

Mac Miller is finally speaking out about his ex girlfriend Ariana Grande‘s engagement to SNL‘s Pete Davidson.

“Life is stressful, so of course there were stressful times. It’s not that unique,” the 26-year-old entertainer told Beats 1 host Zane Lowe in a new interview. “I was in love with somebody. We were together for two years. We worked through good times, bad times, stress and everything else. And then it came to an end and we both moved on. And it’s that simple.”

“It’s all positive energy,” he continued. “I am happy for her and [the fact that she’s] moving forward with her life, just as I’m sure she is with me.”

News of Ariana and Mac‘s split came in May. She broke her silence on the split a short time later.

News of Ariana and Pete‘s engagement came in June.

Pete Davidson Defends Himself in Ariana Grande's Instagram Comments

Ariana Grande posted a photo of her with her late grandfather on the four-year anniversary of his death on Sunday (July 22), and her fiance Pete Davidson ended up having to defend himself in the comments of the Instagram post.

It started when Ariana wrote the caption, “Miss n love you forever my best friend.”

Pete then commented, “omg what a cutie,” referring to her grandfather.

The comment was apparently misconstrued by some of her followers as him calling Ariana cute, and Pete defended himself against some of the comments.

One comment read, “wrong timing wtf,” and another said, “unnecessary af.”

Pete responded in the comments, “Are you guys all insane? I was talking about how cute her grandpa is. What’s wrong with that? You guys will really look for anything to attack people. It’s sad.”
