Julianne Hough, Megan Hilty, and Mariska Hargitay hit the red carpet at the 2013 Joyful Heart Foundation Gala on Thursday (May 9) at Cipriani 42nd Street in New York City.

The ladies were joined at the event by Megan‘s Smash co-star Debra Messing (with boyfriend and former co-star Will Chase), Mariska‘s husband Peter Hermann and her former Law & Order: SVU co-star Christopher Meloni, Uma Thurman, Mary Louise Parker, Mary J. Blige, Glenn Close, Harry Connick Jr, and Girls actress Jemima Kirke.

The Joyful Heart Foundation works to foster a community that turns toward the issues of sexual assault, domestic violence and child abuse.

Alexander Ludwig and Paul Rudd attend the All Star Bowling Event held at Lucky Strike on Monday (October 22) in New York City.

Paul hosted the event to support Our Time’s unique programs and services for children who stutter.

The bowling evening was also attended by Mariska Hargitay and her husband Peter Hermann, True Blood actor Mehcad Brooks, and Rachel Dratch.

Paul is currently starring on Broadway in the new play Grace opposite Michael Shannon.

Mariska Hargitay attends the Baby Buggy Bedtime Bash on Wednesday (June 6) held at Victorian Gardens at Wollman Rink Central Park in NYC.

The 48-year-old Law & Order: SVU star and husband Peter Hermann brought along their adorable daughter, Amaya, and son August for the event, which benefited families in need.

“After we adopted, it was remarkable how many people had great thoughts and tips for us,” Mariska told Good Housekeeping‘s May issue. “And my friends are all so incredibly loving and hilarious; I inevitably end up laughing when I talk to them. I would say in that department, I am a very lucky girl.”

The same day, Mariska was spotted chatting with Hilary Swank as she took her dog for a walk.

The 47-year-old Law & Order: SVU actress and her hubby adopted a daughter, Amaya, six months ago and told People that they didn’t expect to add a member to the family so quickly.

“We never in a million years thought it would happen this quickly, but something inside of us knew that this was right, and we said, ‘Yes, yes, yes!’” she said, adding, “We knew this was our guy. Everything about it felt right. It felt divinely right.”

Mariska and Peter are also parents to a 5-year-old son named August.

Mariska Hargitay hits the red carpet at two different events in New York City on Monday (May 16).

The 47-year-old actress attended the 2011 NBC Upfronts held at the Hilton Hotel in support of her show, Law & Order: Special Victims Unit.

Later in the day, Mariska‘s hubby, Peter Hermann, joined her for the premiere of HBO’s Too Big to Fail, held at MoMA in NYC, where Mariska wore a Vera Wang dress.

Mariska told Access Hollywood that her character, Olivia Benson, will take on a different role toward the second half of the season. “I’m going to go into a different position, which is very exciting,” she dished, adding, “It’ll be quite challenging and different, but I think it’s exciting.”

Mariska is cutting her hours to spend more time with her little ones.

Mariska Hargitay takes her children August and newborn baby Amaya Josephine for a playdate with Hugh Jackman‘s family on Sunday (April 10) in New York City.

The 47-year-old actress held onto her adopted baby girl while chatting with Hugh‘s wife Deborra Lee Furness.

Hugh took August and his daughter Ava for a walk around the block with the family dog Peaches.

Last week, Mariska and her husband Peter Hermann announced that they had adopted Amaya, who was born only a couple weeks ago.
