She’s All That star Rachael Leigh Cook strikes a pose as she models for a fashion shoot on Wednesday (July 1) in Malibu, Calif.

The 29-year-old actress has a new series coming out this fall called Titan Maximum. It’s a new stop-motion animated series from the team behind Robot Chicken. (Rachael has done voice work for a few episodes on Robot.)

Says Adult Swim, “One hundred years in the future, Saturn’s moon Titan is defended by Titan Force Five, an elite squadron of young, brash pilots whose spaceships combine to form the giant robot Titan Maximum. As the series opens, the team has been disbanded due to budget cuts, but must hastily reassemble when a former team member turns rogue and tries to conquer the solar system with an assault of giant monsters. Now, the fate of humanity rests in the hands of a team of dysfunctional misfits commanding a rustbucket robot.”

Dita Von Teese hosts a luncheon in honor of designer Rachel Pally at Chateau Marmont in West Hollywood on Thursday (April 9)

The 36-year-old burlesque beauty shared, “Rachel Pally‘s soft dresses are the perfect way to be both chic and utterly comfortable at the same time. Her dresses are my travel uniform! I have an entire section of my closet just for her dresses!”

• Shakira has been taking a class at the University of California, Los Angeles, called “Introduction to Western Civilization: Ancient Civilizations from Prehistory to Circa A.D. 843.” The class began Aug. 6 and ended Thursday, though Shakira didn’t attended the last few classes, according to course lecturer Robert Cleve. Cleve said he hadn’t known she was a celebrity during the course and was astonished to learn she was a pop star.
• Colin Farrell treated a homeless man to a birthday to remember while he was in Toronto promoting new film “Cassandra’s Dream.” When the man informed Colin outside the Hotel Inter-Continental that his 55th birthday was the following day Colin took him to a “travel outfitters” shop called Europe Bound and bought him a thermal sleeping bag, new clothes, and luggage. Colin also gave the guy cash according to Canadian columnist Shinan Govani.
