Patrick Schwarzenegger has sold his West Hollywood home and we have all the pics from inside the house!

The 28-year-old Moxie actor bought in January 2021 for $4.4 million and recently sold it for $5 million in an off-market deal.

The house, which includes five bedrooms and 5.5 bathrooms, sits on a 6,550 square foot lot and has 5,366 square feet of living space.

One of the luxury home’s bedrooms is located on the main floor, while the remaining four are upstairs. The owner’s suite features a fireplace, walk-in closet and a larger spa-style bathroom.

There’s also a screening media room and an office, while amenities outside include a saltwater pool and spa, as well as a barbeque center.

Sam Page is selling his home in the Pacific Palisades neighborhood of Los Angeles and we have all the photos from inside the house!

The 45-year-old actor, who most recently starred in the Netflix movie Brazen and the Freeform series The Bold Type, purchased the home with his wife Cassidy back in March 2019.

The home, which has been featured in Architectural Digest, has 2,815 square feet of living space with four bedrooms and three total bathrooms.

In addition to the gorgeous interior of the home, there’s a covered entertaining space outside with an outdoor kitchen and a flagstone patio. There’s even a detached studio that can be used as a guest house or turned into a theater, gym, or workspace.

Michael Douglas and Catherine Zeta-Jones are saying goodbye to their New York City apartment!

The longtime couple has listed their incredible Upper West Side home for $19.5 million, down $2 million from the previous price of $21.5 million that they listed it for in summer 2021. The apartment features four bedrooms, 5.5 bathrooms, and a separate staff suite. The home has about 5,000 square feet of living space and views of Central Park.

Dirt.com notes that the apartment comes with monthly common charges of $21,000 per month. That’s more than a lot of people pay for rent in an entire year!

The apartment features “lots of entertaining space, high ceilings, wood-burning fireplaces, mahogany pocket doors and large rooms,” according to the New York Post.

The Douglas-Zeta-Jones family now calls Westchester, New York their home.

Justin Timberlake has sold his penthouse apartment in New York City for $29 million.

The 40-year-old singer and actor bought the home back in 2017 for $20.2 million and he made a huge profit through the sale.

The unit featured 5,375 square feet of living space including four bedrooms and six bathrooms. The building has a 71-foot indoor swimming pool, a fitness center, a Turkish bath, and a 5,000 square foot landscaped roof terrace. Other celebrities who have owned homes in the building include Harry Styles, Jennifer Lawrence, and Blake Lively and Ryan Reynolds.

The Wall Street Journal reports that the apartment was sold in late December 2021 in an off-market sale.

The Weeknd is putting his luxury penthouse on the market.

The 31-year-old “Save Your Tears” performer has listed the property, which he purchased back in 2019 for $21 million, for a whopping $22.5 million dollars.

The penthouse clocks in at 7,950 and takes up an entire floor of its building, offering views of the city and ocean with floor-to-ceiling windows and a balcony.

The unit features 4 bedrooms and 8 bathrooms and amenities include a private elevator, state-of-the-art chef’s kitchen, steam shower, private gym and more. The building also offers a saltwater pool and spa, 24/7 security, valet parking, and a helipad to its residents.

According to The LA Times, The Weeknd also installed a TV wall comprised of four 65-inch screens during his two year stay.

Ryan Gosling and Eva Mendes appear to be saying goodbye to Los Angeles.

The longtime couple has sold both of their homes in the L.A. area amid reports that they are going to be moving north to get away from Hollywood.

Ryan and Eva‘s main residence for the past decade has been a home in Los Feliz, which they just sold for $4.9 million. The home, which features four bedrooms and four bathrooms, was originally purchased by Eva back in 2008 for $3.2 million, according to Dirt.com.
