The stars of Outlander – Caitríona Balfe and Sam Heughan speak on stage during the Outlander panel of the 2020 Winter TCA Tour at The Langham Huntington on Tuesday (January 14) in Pasadena, Calif.

They were joined by their co-stars Sophie Skelton and Richard Rankin, as well as executive producer Maril Davis.

While on stage, Maril revealed that they will keep making more Outlander episodes as long as there is interest and joked Jamie and Claire could go “until they’re 100.”

“We’ll keep going as long as there’s interest,” she added.

As for what is to come this season, Sam said, “Jamie’s in a really, really tough position. He’s trying to provide for everyone. Through that, he agrees to work for the British and he has to lead a militia.”

Caitriona said that meanwhile, Claire is “reconciling what her role is as a healer and what are the repercussions of messing with time and history.”

The trailer for season five of Outlander has arrived and it features so many stunning moments with stars Sam Heughan and Caitriona Balfe.

In the upcoming season, the American Revolution is drawing nearer and Sam‘s character Jamie will be defending the life he built in America while also protecting his loved ones.

“Do you ever feel as if everything’s pointing you towards something? Space. Time. History? I am grateful for everyday we have,” Caitriona‘s character Claire tells Jamie in the opening of the trailer.

When he goes off to war, Claire tells Jamie, “Promise Jamie, promise me you’re coming back.” He replies, “I swear it.”

The new season premieres on Sunday, February 16 at 8pm on Starz.

Droughtlander is coming to an end in just a few weeks and the Outlander social media page dropped an amazing gift for fans on Christmas!

The cast of Outlander is back together again!

Sam Heughan and Caitriona Balfe reunite for the Starz Emmy For Your Consideration Event on Sunday (June 2) at the Westfield Century City in Century City, Calif.

The 39-year-old actor looked handsome in a dark navy suit and a black T-shirt while his co-star, also 39, went pretty in a white, florla-printed green dress as they stepped out to promote their hit series.

Also joining Sam and Caitriona at the panel were their co-stars Richard Rankin and Sophie Skelton.

Starz has renewed Outlander for a fifth and sixth seasons, but release dates haven’t been announced yet.

Sam Heughan and his Outlander co-stars Sophie Skelton and Richard Rankin stopped by the BUILD Studios on Wednesday (October 31) to dish all about their characters’ new journeys in America in their upcoming fourth season!

Sam, 38, spilled some details on Claire (Caitriona Balfe) and Jamie’s new life and home: “They’re really trying to establish themselves and find their way back to Scotland, but very quickly they realize that America is going to become their new home.”

“It’s a land of opportunity but it’s also a land that has a lot of issues and there’s some surprises there as well,” Sam continued. “This season is about home for Jamie and Claire certainly and about them laying foundations for years to come.”

On staying true to the books: “We do stick to the books as much as we can but I think what’s great about this season is that we do,” Sam said. “There’s some surprises in there for fans of the books, which I think is great because you guys know the books – but there’s some things in there that also are part of (author) Diana Gabaldon‘s world but you weren’t expecting.”
