Ricky Gervais makes an appearance on The Ellen DeGeneres Show, airing on Wednesday (November 1), while suffering from a serious case of the “Man Flu.”

“No hugs, I’m sick Ellen. I’m more than sick. I’ve got one of the worst diseases on the planet, Man Flu, really bad,” the 56-year-old comedian told Ellen. “When I’m ill everyone knows about it, I don’t think I’ll make Christmas.”

Ricky also talks about his stand-up tour, his love for animals over human beings and how he doesn’t plan on having children with his longtime girlfriend, Jane Fallon.

“There’s loads of reasons why I don’t love kids. The world is overpopulated. No ones sitting around going, ‘oh Rick is not having kids, we’re going to run out.’ There’s loads,” Ricky joked. “Too much responsibility.”

Kate Beckinsale has added a Best Actress win to her resume this awards season!

The 43-year-old actress picked up a win at the 2016 London Evening Standard British Film Awards on Thursday night (December 8) at Claridge’s Hotel in London, England.

Kate was joined at the event by her pal Liv Tyler. She won the award for her work in the movie Love and Friendship and we’re predicting she’ll get a Golden Globe nomination for it this Monday!

Other celebs in attendance included Hugh Grant, Suki Waterhouse and her BFF Poppy Jamie, Natalie Dormer, and Ricky Gervais and his wife Jane Fallon.

Ricky Gervais keeps it cool and casual while making his way inside the BBC Radio 2 Studios to promote on the Dermot O’Leary Show on Thursday (August 10) in London, England.

The evening before, the 55-year-old comedian and his wife Jane Fallon attended the world premiere of his latest film David Brent: Life On The Road held at Odeon Leicester Square, where he performed four tracks in character with his fictional band Foregone Conclusion and also revealed if he’ll be retiring the character anytime soon.

America Ferrera makes an elegant arrival on the red carpet at the premiere of her new movie Special Correspondents during the 2016 Tribeca Film Festival on Friday (April 22) in New York City.

The Golden Globe-winning actress was joined by her co-stars Ricky Gervais, 54, and Eric Bana, 47, at the premiere.

Special Correspondents is a Netflix Original Film about a radio journalist and his technician who decide to fake their own kidnapping during a rebel uprising in South America and camp out in New York City instead.

The movie also stars Vera Farmiga, Raul Castillo, and Kelly MacDonald.

Ben Affleck is opening up about Ricky Gervais‘ joke about him from the 2016 Golden Globes back in January.

The comedian introduced the Batman v Superman actor’s longtime BFF Matt Damon to the stage and called him “the only person who Ben Affleck hasn’t been unfaithful to.”

In his new tell-all interview with The New York Times, Ben said that the gag “did not trouble him.”

“It’s the way Ricky Gervais perceives me, I suppose,” Ben said with a laugh. “Whatever. I’ve had jokes made at my expense before. It’s part of the deal.”

Ricky Gervais has offered Chris Rock some advice amid calls for him to step down as host of the 2016 Oscars after the #OscarsSoWhite has resurfaced for the second year in a row.

“If I were @chrisrock, I wouldn’t be considering boycotting The Oscars. I’d be thinking ‘this sh*t is live. I can do some serious damage.’ Ricky, who has hosted the Golden Globes for many years, offered up on his Twitter account.

Chris has so far not truly responded to all of the controversy. He did tweet, “The #Oscars. The White BET Awards.”

The 2016 Academy Awards are set to air on February 28.
