David Canary Dead - 'All My Children' Actor Dies at 77

David Canary, one of the stars of All My Children, has died at the age of 77.

The actor, best known for his roles as twins Adam and Stuart Chandler on the show for 27 years, died on November 16 of natural causes, according to TV Line.

David was nominated for 16 Daytime Emmy Awards for his work on the show and he won five times. After leaving the show in 2010, he returned for a few more episodes to help wrap up the series a year later.

Doug Flutie's Parents Died Today Within an Hour of Each Other

Former NFL quarterback Doug Flutie has shared the devastating news that both of his parents died on Wednesday morning (November 18).

Doug‘s dad died of a heart attack while in the hospital and his mother suffered a heart attack an hour later.

“It is with a heavy heart that I am making this statement. This morning my family experienced the tragic loss of my father, Dick and mother, Joan. My Dad had been ill and died of a heart attack in the hospital and my Mom, less than an hour later had a sudden heart attack and passed away,” Doug wrote on his Facebook account.

“They say you can die of a broken heart and I believe it,” he added. “I would like to honor my parents for all that they did throughout my and my brothers’ and sister’s lives. My parents were always there for their children, from the days my Dad coached us as kids and my Mom would work the concession stands, through to this morning.”

“The most important part of their 56 years of marriage was providing opportunities to their children. They were incredible parents and Grandparents and my family and I will miss them both. On behalf of me and the entire Flutie family, I would like to thank you all for your well wishes and prayers during this difficult time,” Doug continued.

'Jackass' Favorite Vincent 'Don Vito' Margera Dead at 59

Early 2000s MTV staple Vincent “Don Vito” Margera sadly passed away on Sunday (November 15).

According to TMZ, the uncle of Jackass star Bam Margera was 59 years old.

He was reportedly in a coma for the last month after struggling with kidney and liver failure for a few years.

Don Vito was best known for making appearances in Jackass and several of his nephew’s other projects, including the TV show Viva La Bam.

'One Life to Live' Star Nathaniel Marston Dead at 40

Sad news – Nathaniel Marston succumbed to his injuries after a car crash left him paralyzed last month.

The 40-year-old One Life to Live star’s mother Elizabeth confirmed the news.

“Dear family and friends, it is with a heavy heart that I share this devastating news,” she wrote on Facebook. “My beloved and cherished son, Nathaniel Marston, who was putting up the good fight until last night was not able to continue due to the traumatic and devastating nature of his injuries. Nathaniel passed away peacefully as I held him in my arms.”

Nathaniel was left in critical condition and on life support after a serious car accident on Friday (October 30) in Reno, Nevada.

He was probably best known for his role as Michael McBain on the soap opera from 2004-2007.

Allen Toussaint Dead - Famed R&B Musician Passes Away at 77

Famed New Orleans R&B musician Allen Toussaint has passed away at the age of 77.

His daughter, Alison Toussaint-LeBeaux, confirmed that he died and said it may be from a heart attack, the New York Times reports. Allen reportedly passed out on Monday (November 9) while visiting Madrid, Spain. He was reportedly in a hotel after performing in the city when he collapsed.

Allen was a very influential figure in the New Orleans music scene. Our thoughts are with Allen‘s family, friends, and loved ones during this difficult time.

'Texas Chainsaw Massacre' Villain Gunnar Hansen Dead at 68

Sad news – Gunnar Hansen died on Saturday (November 8) at his home in Maine.

According to BBC, the Icelandic-born actor was 68 years old and suffered from pancreatic cancer.

Gunnar is probably best known as playing Leatherface in the 1974 horror flick The Texas Chainsaw Massacre, which spawned six sequels, most recently in 2013.

His agent Mike Eisenstadt, who confirmed the death, told the publication that his character is “one of the most iconic evil figures in the history of cinema.”

'E.T.' Screenwriter Melissa Mathison Dead at 65

Sad news – Melissa Mathison, the women who wrote the screenplay for ET, died at the age of 65 on Wednesday (November 4) in Los Angeles.

According to Variety, her brother Dirk confirmed that she had been suffering from an illness.

Melissa‘s other writing credits included Kundun, The Indian in the Cupboard, The Escape Artist, and most recently The BFG, which reunited her with Steve Spielberg.

She was married to Harrison Ford from 1983 to 2004 and they had two children together.
