Queen is back on tour with Adam Lambert providing lead vocals and the setlist is pretty incredible!

The band just kicked off the 2023 North American Rhapsody Tour and they’ll be playing 23 shows across the next month.

The two-and-a-half hour show includes 27 songs and the tour kicked off with a sold-out performance at the CFG Bank Arena on Wednesday (October 4) in Baltimore, Maryland.

Queen‘s original band members Brian May and Roger Taylor, plus Adam Lambert, are supported on stage by their regular band members, long-serving Queen keyboard player Spike Edney, bass guitarist Neil Fairclough and percussionist Tyler Warren.

A new study has revealed the highest earning musicians hailing from the UK and Ireland of 2022, and there are some huge, surprising figures.

Duran Duran was just one of the bands inducted into the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame!

The band – John Taylor, Roger Taylor, Nick Rhodes, and Simon Le Bon – walked the red carpet together at the Microsoft Theater on Saturday night (November 5) in Los Angeles – and were notably down a member there.

Guitarist Andy Taylor did not attend the ceremony, as his bandmates revealed his cancer diagnosis.

Queen drummer and founding member Roger Taylor is not holding back his thoughts about Sacha Baron Cohen.

If you don’t know, Sacha was once attached to star as Freddie Mercury in a biopic about his life. Sacha ended up leaving the project. Rami Malek ended up starring as Freddie and won an Oscar for his performance in Bohemian Rhapsody.

Adam Lambert and Queen re-recorded “We Are The Champions” for a very special group of people – frontline workers.

The musicians recorded their new version of the iconic song from home, where they’re staying home and staying safe amid the coronavirus pandemic.

“Just like we sent our young men and women into two world wars to fight, these young men and women are now fighting for us and risking their lives every day,” guitarist Brian May shared with Rolling Stone about the new version. “That’s what this song has become about. It’s for everyone who is out there working and putting their life at risk.”

There were a few different versions that came out of this team up, however, Adam‘s “You Are the Champions” line won out.

“We told him to experiment and maybe do a few different versions,” Brian shared. “He came up with changing those words in the last chorus and I think it was a very good solution, just perfect. It takes a different turn at the end.”

Adam Lambert and Queen are kicking off the show in a huge way!

The 37-year-old “Ghost Town” singer and the legendary rock troupe teamed up for a high energy opening at the 2019 Academy Awards on Sunday (February 24) at the Dolby Theatre in Los Angeles.

Together, they performed both “We Will Rock You” and “We Are The Champions” with projections of the late Freddie Mercury on the screens. The band is featured in Bohemian Rhapsody, up for five awards including Best Picture.
