The Steven Soderbergh-directed psychological thriller also stars Jude Law and Catherine Zeta-Jones in a script that reunited Contagion screenwriter Scott Z. Burns with the famed director.

Rooney Mara rocks a beanie while arriving at LAX Airport from Dubai on Monday (December 17) in Los Angeles.

The 27-year-old actress was picked up by her boyfriend Charles McDowell, who brought along their two pet pooches to welcome Rooney back home.

Rooney Mara and Freida Pinto are stylish as can be at the 2012 Dubai International Film Festival, Dubai Cares and Oxfam’s One Night to Change Lives Charity Gala held at the Armani Hotel on Friday (December 14) in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

The two ladies were joined at the event by Kristin Davis, Colin Firth, and his wife Livia Giuggioli.

The gala was billed as an extraordinary evening of world-class entertainment, exceptional hospitality and an exclusive auction of “money can’t buy” experiences.

FYI: Rooney is wearing a Calvin Klein dress and Givenchy shoes. Freida is wearing vintage Valentino and a Roger Vivier clutch. Kristin is wearing vintage Dior.
