Brad Pitt in '8' - Live Stream & Rehearsal Pics!

Brad Pitt, George Clooney, and Martin Sheen pose together during a rehearsal for their play 8 on Saturday (March 3) at The Wilshire Ebell Theatre in Los Angeles.

8 was written by Academy Award winning writer Dustin Lance Black and chronicles the landmark federal trial of California’s Prop. 8 using the actual court transcripts and first-hand interviews.

Matt Bomer, Kevin Bacon, John C. Reilly, Glee‘s Chris Colfer, Matthew Morrison, and Jane Lynch, Modern Family‘s Jesse Tyler Ferguson, and Book of Mormon‘s Rory O’Malley are also participating in the live reading.

Tonight’s event will support the mission of the American Foundation for Equal Rights.

Andrew Rannells & Rory O'Malley: Broadway Barks!

The Book of Mormon stars Andrew Rannells, Rory O’Malley, and Nikki M. James hold onto some adorable dogs up for adoption at the 13th Annual Broadway Barks held in Shubert Alley on Saturday (July 9) in New York City.

Broadway Barks was started by veteran actresses Bernadette Peters and Mary Tyler Moore to promote the adoption of shelter animals.

Also in attendance at the annual event: Spider-Man: Turn of the Dark‘s Reeve Carney and Jennifer Damiano, as well as Catch Me If You Can star Aaron Tveit.

Broadway's The Book of Mormon: Free Fan Performance!

The Book of Mormon, Broadway‘s smash hit and winner of nine Tony Awards including Best Musical, gave its ultimate fans the ultimate treat on Friday (July 1) in NYC — free tickets to a special performance.

Winners from a special lottery were emailed to pick up their tickets this morning, although some fans arrived as early as midnight to make sure they got the best seats. Before the show began, show creator Robert Lopez joked, “As a special treat, we are going to do Avenue Q first!” (Robert also created that multiple-Tony winning show.)

The highlight of today’s performance, which was met with thunderous and sustained applause, was when stars Rory O’Malley and Andrew Rannells sang the hysterical show-stopper, “Turn It Off.” (Both are pictured here with co-star Josh Gad.)

With some fans previously waiting in the ticket lottery line for the hit show over 15 times, today’s free performance was the perfect way to start the holiday weekend.

The Book of Mormon actors Josh Gad and Rory O’Malley joined Real Housewives of New York City star Alex McCord at the 2011 NYC LGBT Pride March on Sunday (June 26).

Neil Patrick Harris: Tonys Nominee Class Photo!

Neil Patrick Harris attends the 65th Annual Tony Awards Nominee Class Photo on Tuesday (May 31) at the Intercontinental Hotel in New York City.

The 37-year-old How I Met Your Mother star is hosting the award show on Sunday, June 12. The ceremony airs live at 8 p.m. on CBS.

Also pictured: The Book of Mormon stars Andrew Rannells and Rory O’Malley, who are both up for a Tony Award – their hit show scored 14 nominations in total!

The Tonys will also include special appearance by Daniel Radcliffe, Catherine Zeta-Jones, Chris Rock, Alec Baldwin, Samuel L. Jackson, and Kelsey Grammer.
