Dutch Royals King Willem-Alexander, Queen Maxima & Daughters Thank Medical Professionals From Social Isolation

King Willem-Alexander and Queen Maxima of the Netherlands are in social isolation following their family trip to Austria last month.

The reigning monarchs and their three daughters – Princess Catharina-Amalia, Princess Alexia, and Princess Ariane – are bunkering down together after their getaway which was taken with several others of their family.

The Netherlands Government Information Service, also known as the RVD, announced that the family are practicing “social distancing in connection with the coronavirus COVID-19 during their recent winter holiday in Lech, Austria.”

The announcement revealed that where they vacationed had “five confirmed corona infections” and they’re isolation is expected to continue until March 21.

While in isolation, the royals are making the best of their time and even recorded a thank you message for all the medical professionals risking their own lives to better everyone elses.

Crown Princess Victoria Of Sweden Visits Overkalix With Husband Prince Daniel

Crown Princess Victoria of Sweden shakes the hand of a young boy during her visit to Overkalix in Sweden on Tuesday afternoon (March 10).

The 42-year-old royal was joined by her husband, Prince Daniel, for the visit, where they stopped by a factory to chat with the workers.

Victoria donned a Midnight Sun necklace, a present given to her by a local jeweler.

Victoria and Daniel are the parents to Princess Estelle, 8, and Prince Oscar, 4.

Princess Victoria, a descendant of Queen Victoria of England, is the heir to the throne of Sweden and will reign after her father, Carl XVI Gustaf.

Duchess Kate Middleton Is a Vision in Blue at Place2Be's 25th Anniversary Event

Kate Middleton stuns in a beaded dress at the 25th anniversary of Place2Be held at Buckingham Palace on Monday evening (March 9) in London, England.

The Duchess of Cambridge, who is the patron of the organization, hosted the event and gave a speech during the evening.

Place2Be, which provides emotional support at an early age and believes no child should face mental health difficulties alone.

Earlier in the day, Kate, along with husband Prince William, reunited with Prince Harry and Meghan, Duchess of Sussex, at the Commonwealth Day service.

Belgium's King Philippe & Queen Mathilde Reschedule Trip To Italy Amid Coronavirus Outbreak

King Philippe and Queen Mathilde of Belgium have rescheduled their state trip to Italy following the outbreak of coronavirus cases.

The reigning monarchs were expected to visit the area from March 23 to March 25, alongside the Minister of Foreign Affairs & Defense.

Italian President Sergio Mattarella was the one who requested that the visit be postponed because of the virus that’s quickly spreading.

A Belgian Royal Court spokesperson confirmed the postponed trip.

“At the request of the President of the Italian Republic, the State Visit by HM King and HM The Queen is postponed to a later date. The visit was planned from 23rd to 25th March 2020. The current phase of corona epidemic and the implementation of new emergency measures by the Italian authorities means it is not possible to carry out the visit’s programme.”

Coronavirus fears have cancelled many other events happening, including Amazon pulling out of the SXSW festival and filming for Amazing Race.

Prince William, Crown Princess Victoria, Prince Haakon & More Royals Who Are Next In Line For The Throne

Earlier this week, we learned that Prince Harry will not lose his place in line for the throne despite him and wife, Meghan Markle, stepping back as senior royals in the British Royal Family.

The 35-year-old Duke of Sussex will remain as sixth in line for the throne, following his father, Charles, Prince of Wales; brother William, Duke of Cambridge, and his children, Prince George, Princess Charlotte and Prince Louis of Cambridge.

Andy Cohen is issuing an apology to the royal family.

The 51-year-old TV personality commented on a post on the royal family’s Instagram account about Donald Trump and his family’s U.K. state visit.

Prince Harry Gives Emotional Tribute at Tunisia Terror Victims Memorial

Prince Harry hits the podium to deliver an emotional speech to dedicate the Sousse and Bardo Memorial in Cannon Hill Park on Monday morning (March 4) in Birmingham, England.

The 34-year-old royal addressed an audience of about 200 family and friends of those who died at the two terrorist attacks which took place in Tunisia in 2015.

“In memory of all those who lost their lives and to the families whose lives were changed forever by these events,” Harry expressed. “I would like to pay my deepest respects to you and officially dedicated this memorial to your loved ones.”

Later, Harry visited the Scar Free Foundation Centre at a Birmingham hospital. In Kensington Palace‘s words, the center “is a ground-breaking national facility that aims to minimize the psychological and physical impact of scarring among armed forces personnel.”

That same day, Harry‘s brother Prince William arrived at the Foreign Office to open The Mayhew Theatre, a new learning facility in the Diplomatic Academy building in London.
