Ryan Gosling keeps a low profile while leaving the Chateau Marmont and heading to visit a friend at the Hollywood Hills Hotel on Thursday afternoon (November 29) in Hollywood.

The 32-year-old actor’s girlfriend Eva Mendes was spotted that same afternoon getting out of her car and going into her friend’s house in Studio City.

Last week, Ryan and Eva spent the Thanksgiving holiday together in New York City.

It was recently announced that Ryan has cast Ben Mendelsohn in his debut directed film How to Catch a Monster.

Monster centers on “a mother (Christina Hendricks) and her two sons, one of whom discovers a secret underwater town. With mother in tow, young Bones enters the dark, macabre place he’s stumbled upon.”

Check out Ryan Gosling sporting a battered face in this new promo poster for his film Only God Forgives.

The flick follows Julian (Gosling), who runs a Thai boxing club as a front organization for his family’s drug smuggling operation, as he is forced by his mother Jenna (Kristin Scott Thomas) to find and kill the individual responsible for his brother’s recent death.

Only God Forgives is directed by Nicolas Winding Refn, who Ryan previously worked with on the cult hit Drive.

The 31-year-old actor was joined on set by co-stars Cate Blanchett and Natalie Portman, who rocked some wet hair.

The day before, Natalie was seen kissing co-star Michael Fassbender in a white dress on top of a balcony.
