Ryan Lochte: Muscular Dystrophy Research Supporter!

Ryan Lochte meets with a young fan while making a visit to Capitol Hill to meet with senators to discuss the MD-CARE Act earlier this week in Washington, D.C.

The 28-year-old Olympic swimmer upped his style game while showing his support for the cause and help pass the bill to fund Muscular Dystrophy research.

Ryan is the spokesperson of Parent Project Muscular Dystrophy and is so passionate about the cause because he lost a loved one to the disorder and he knows that patients suffering from it can still swim.

“These families are the real heroes, I’m just the swimmer trying to get people to sign their name on a bill,” Ryan told OK. So humble!

Jessica Alba & Ryan Lochte: Hall of Game Awards 2013!

Jessica Alba hits the stage to present an award during the 2013 Cartoon Network Hall of Game Awards on Saturday (February 9) at Barker Hangar in Santa Monica, Calif.

The 31-year-old actress was joined at the event by Olympic gold medalist Ryan Lochte, who picked up an award during the evening.

Ryan Lochte poses as the baby on Nirvana‘s classic Nevermind album cover for a feature in ESPN Magazine‘s Music Issue, on newsstands February 8!

The 28-year-old Olympic gold medalist was joined in the issue by track and field sprint athlete Allyson Felix, who recreated Beyonce‘s Dangerously in Love album cover, and soccer star Alex Morgan, who posed as Katy Perry on the One of the Boys album cover.

Ryan Lochte: Sambuca Nashville Dinner with Friends!

Ryan Lochte shows off his toned body in a tight grey tee while leaving Sambuca Bar & Restaurant last week in Nashville, Tenn.

The 28-year-old Olympic swimmer was in town for a Nissan shoot, when he invited several pals out to dine with him. Love his look for the night out on the town!

“Thanks @sambucanash for the late grub tonight. I’m coming back for that lemonade I invented soon” Ryan tweeted after his meal!

On his way out of the restaurant, Ryan gave his friend a $100 bill to give to a homeless man so he could stay under the radar.

Ryan Lochte Gets Asked To Prom - For Charity!

Celebs get asked to proms and birthdays all the time, but it isn’t every day someone puts in this much effort!

Danielle Jennette, a high school senior from Suffolk, Virginia started the Twitter account @ryanlochteprom in hopes of getting swimming champ Ryan Lochte to go to prom with her. She even started fundraising for one of the charities he sponsors, Parent Project Muscular Dystrophy!

Ryan just sent Danielle, who’s also a swimmer, a dozen roses over the weekend with the following note: “Hi Danielle: I’m sorry I can’t make it to your prom. Your support for Parent Project Muscular Dystrophy means a lot to me, so thank you from the bottom of my heart. Good luck in your meets and maybe I’ll see you at the next Olympic Games! ;) –Ryan.” Aw, so sweet!

“I’m still fangirling over these roses from @ryanlochte! Lol” Danielle tweeted yesterday.

Meantime, Ryan has been training non-stop, even with the announcement of his new E! show, show announcement reaction below from Tuesday: “I am so excited about my new show and even more excited I can finally talk about it! Swimming is still my focus. Training for Rio is my priority— that won’t change. This is just another way for me to connect with my fans (who were the driving force behind the show), and follow me as I prep for the 2016 Games.”

'What Would Ryan Lochte Do?': Ryan Lochte's E! Reality Show

It’s official – Ryan Lochte is set to be the next big reality star!

The 28-year-old Olympic gold medalist has secured his own E! reality series titled What Would Ryan Lochte Do?

The series will “feature the swimmer partying and training as he prepares for the 2016 Rio Olympics while building his fashion line, making media appearances, dealing with his close-knit and outspoken family and friends and looking for the right girl,” according to Deadline.

Since his hot streak at the Olympics over the summer, Ryan has appeared as a fashion correspondent on E! and made guest appearances on 30 Rock and 90210.
