'Euphoria' Drama: 12 Bombshells From New Report About What's Happening Behind the Scenes

Euphoria was expected to go back into production for season three this summer, but now HBO has delayed the start of the season amid some issues behind the scenes at the show.

Zendaya is set to return for the third, and probably final, season of the Emmy-winning series and plenty of castmates are also slated to be back.

HBO and Euphoria creator Sam Levinson have been accused of ripping off the work of photographer Petra Collins.

For those who don’t know, Petra, 30, is a prolific photographer and director who is most recently known for directing many of Olivia Rodrigo‘s music videos.

Petra spoke to Hungarian outlet Punkt back in January, but the interview is first making headlines right now and it appears certain parts of the original article have been edited amid the resurfacing. Screenshots are now floating around social media.

In March, Rolling Stone published a bombshell article comparing the show to “torture p-rn”, divergent visions for the show causing turmoil, as well significant budgetary and timing issues.

The Weeknd & Lily-Rose Depp Bring Their HBO Series 'The Idol' to Cannes with Jennie, Troye Sivan, & More!

The stars of HBO’s highly-anticipated new series The Idol have arrived at the 2023 Cannes Film Festival!

The Weeknd and Lily-Rose Depp were joined by many other cast members, as well as series director and co-creator Sam Levinson, on Monday night (May 22) in Cannes, France.

Also in attendance were Jennie Ruby Jane, Troye Sivan, Moses Sumney, Rachel Sennott, Hari Nef, Da’Vine Joy Randolph, Hank Azaria, Sophie Mudd, and co-creator Reza Fahim.

Here’s a plot summary: “After a nervous breakdown derailed Jocelyn’s (Depp) last tour, she’s determined to claim her rightful status as the greatest and sexiest pop star in America. Her passions are reignited by Tedros (The Weeknd), a nightclub impresario with a sordid past. Will her romantic awakening take her to glorious new heights or the deepest and darkest depths of her soul?”

The series will debut on HBO on Sunday, June 4. Watch the trailer now!
