Sam Worthington wheels his luggage out of the airport while getting picked up by his new girlfriend Sophie Monk on Saturday (May 11) in Melbourne, Australia.

The 36-year-old actor was seen holding the 33-year-old model’s hand and cuddling up to one another as they walked across the terminal.

Last month, Sophie laughed off the rumors that the two were dating, saying “we’re very close, but we’re not dating. He’s a good friend. I really like him. He’s just really down to earth and really… Australian.” Looks like things have gotten more serious!

FYI: Sophie previously dated Ryan Seacrest a few years ago.

Sam Worthington gets together with Xavier Samuel at the Australians in film screening of their new flick Drift held at the Harmony Gold Theatre on Tuesday (April 30) in Los Angeles.

The 36-year-old actor and Xavier, 29, were joined by their co-stars Lesley-Ann Brandt, Myles Pollard, and director Morgan O’Neill.

That same day, Sam was interviewed by Mario Lopez to promote the film on Extra at The Grove.

Drift is available on demand on July 2 and in theaters everywhere on August 2.

Sam Worthington and Xavier Samuel sandwich in co-star Myles Pollard at a photo call to promote their new film Drift on Monday (April 15) at Event Cinemas Bondi Junction in Sydney, Australia.

The film is set in the 70s and follows two brothers (Samuel and Pollard) who battle killer waves, conservative society and ruthless bikers to kick-start the modern surf industry.

Drift opens in theaters in Australia on May 2, but it does not yet have a release date for the United States.

Sam Worthington poses for his mug shot with a bald head and a goatee after his arrest for alleged disorderly conduct on Saturday (November 3) in Atlanta, Ga.

The 36-year-old Clash of the Titans actor’s incident was reportedly caught on videotape, according to TMZ.

Sam was refused entrance at a restaurant for being drunk and allegedly became disorderly and pushed the doorman twice. He was pepper sprayed and put in handcuffs by the doorman until the police arrived.
