Grey's Anatomy Season Finale Spoilers

Here are some great spoiler pictures for the season finale of Grey’s Anatomy!

ABC synopsis: Cristina and Burke’s wedding day arrives – along with the interns’ first exam results – and a successor to the Chief is named, as Callie and George make a big decision about their relationship.

Looks like Cristina gets a bridal shower from her Seattle Grace gal pals… McDreamy is Burke’s best man… Addison sits next to Karev at the wedding… and Cristina’s wedding dress looks great!

But will Burketina make it down the aisle? We’ll find out soon enough…

Grey’s Anatomy season finale episode “Didn’t We Almost Have It All” airs on Thursday, May 17 @ 9PM ET/PT on ABC.

Sandra Oh: Marie Claire Magazine

Grey’s Anatomy star Sandra Oh, aka. Dr. Cristina Yang, is the cover girl for the April 2007 issue of of Marie Claire Magazine. Sandra, in a strapless, flouncy Giambattista Valli Spring 2007 dress, was honored for the cover shoot this past Saturday in L.A.

Earlier today on Good Morning America, Sandra shared that the next plot twist for Yang involves a visiting doctor who vies for her affection: “The wonderful Roger Reeves has come in to the show as Dr. Colin Marlow, who is a fantastic cardiothoracic surgeon. He comes in as a rival of sorts. … You see that we had a past relationship. You’ll see how that unfolds, and how that might be a bit of [a] threat to what’s going on between Cristina and Burke.”

Armani Pre-Oscar Bash 2007

Giorgio Armani held his exclusive annual Armani Prive Pre-Oscars Fashion Show on Saturday night at supermarket billionaire Ron Burkle’s Green Acres estate in Beverly Hils, Calif.

'Grey's Anatomy' Wins Fave TV Drama

Score one for McDreamy and McSteamy! The well-deserved cast of Grey’s Anatomy picked up The People’s Choice Award for “Favorite TV Drama”. Katherine Heigl playfully did bicep curls with the statue. Hah!

Elijah Wood: Lord of the SAG Awards

Elijah Wood (Bobby) and Sandra Oh (Grey’s Anatomy) were on hand to read off the SAG Awards Nominations earlier this morning at Los Angeles’ Pacific Design Center Silver Screen Theater in West Hollywood. The ensemble drama Babel, the musical Dreamgirls and indie flick Little Miss Sunshine each received three nominations. Both Leonardo DiCaprio (Blood Diamond, The Departed) and Helen Mirren (Queen) each received two. Read off the entire list of nominations after the jump!!
