Byzantium is about a mother and daughter vampire duo (Arterton and Ronan) who form a deadly pact.

Synopsis: “A riveting story about the survival of love and the human spirit in a time of war. Our world has been invaded by an unseen enemy. Humans become hosts for these invaders, their minds taken over while their bodies remain intact. Most of humanity has succumbed.”

The film – based on the best-selling novel by Twilight author Stephenie Meyer – co-stars Max Irons, Jake Abel, Diane Kruger, William Hurt, and Frances Fisher.

The Host is set to be released in theaters everywhere March 29, 2013.

Saoirse Ronan is in final talks to star in Disney’s Order of Seven, Variety reports.

Once a film that was considered a Kung Fu remake of the classic tale Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs, the movie has been reworked into a story independent from the well known story.

Saoirse, 17, would play “Olivia Sinclair, a British expat in 19th century Hong Kong, who seeks the protection of a centuries old group of warriors, now a jaded group of outlaws.”

The studio hopes to have a globally diverse cast of heroes.
