The new red band trailer for the highly anticipated movie Hellboy has been released!

David Harbour, best known for Stranger Things, plays the title character, a legendary half-demon superhero who is called to the English countryside to battle a trio of rampaging giants.

There he discovers The Blood Queen, Nimue (Milla Jovovich), a resurrected ancient sorceress thirsting to avenge a past betrayal. Suddenly caught in a clash between the supernatural and the human, Hellboy is now hell-bent on stopping Nimue without triggering the end of the world.

Sasha Lane, Daniel Dae Kim, and Ian McShane also star in the upcoming film, which will be released on April 12.

Here’s what the 23-year-old Hellboy star had to say…

On her and her brohter identifying as gay: “Yes. I guess. I don’t know what the terms all mean. It was around Sundance and apparently I came out and they were switching up the words queer and gay. If my heart wants it, my heart wants it. That’s been with anyone. I love who I love or like what I like. My brother though is definitely not about the vagina. There’s a respect but he’s not here for it.”

On what she looks for romantically: “I know I have found this person…but I don’t necessarily want to say who. I need a person who can feel good in their space as well as I do in my space. I’m so protective of my space that hardly anyone gets in besides my brother. Sometimes I feel guilt about how I am, and my mind, and how I have to manage life. But I want that person to know that [my mental state] is a gift rather than just an illness or something I need meds for. If they can recognize that, then we can be. If I can’t be myself around the person I’m gonna be with, then hell no. Bury me next to my brother and I’m good.”

On Hellboy: “I had to take myself deeper because I’m doing green screen, I have a London accent and it was so physical. The stunts were cool, great for de-stressing. You get to learn moves like flipping off someone’s shoulders when you’re shooting them – when would you ever do that in real life? It was my first big film – me, a little ‘indie darling.’ What the hell am I doing here? But now I’m like, ‘Hell yeah! I was in Hellboy, yo!’ I learned a lot, I pushed myself a lot.”

The film stars David Harbour in the title role with Milla Jovovich, Ian McShane, Daniel Dae Kim, and Sasha Lane also starring.

Here’s a synopsis of the new film: Based on the graphic novels by Mike Mignola, Hellboy, caught between the worlds of the supernatural and human, battles an ancient sorceress bent on revenge.

Ellen Pompeo is joined by Grey’s Anatomy creator Shonda Rhimes at the 2018 GLSEN Respect Awards on Friday night (October 19) at the Beverly Wilshire Hotel in Beverly Hills.

The actress honored with the Inspiration Award, which was presented to her by Shonda.

Ellen gave an emotional speech in which she called out the names of those whose lives have been “senselessly taken due to an absence of love.”

In an exclusive statement that she gave to JustJared.com, Ellen opened up about the importance of attending events like this one.

“I have a day job with crazy long hours but I love going to events like these because they’re so important. They teach boys and girls people everyone to speak up. It’s just such a bad time in this country we need to be out there and be loud. LGBTQ, trans and gender non-conforming youth are experiencing extremely hostile climates across America. GLSEN is such an amazing organization for getting out there and helping!” she said.

“And how incredible are the kids are to be organizing and making GSA (gay/straight alliance) clubs at their schools. To spread awareness and start conversations. We know that the more schools with GSA programs, the less kids experience depression and have less stressful times learning. The 18-year-old Grown‑ish actress, the 21-year-old The 5th Wave star, and the 26-year-old Riverdale actor attended the event – presented by L’Oreal Paris, Hearts On Fire, and Calvin Klein – at Four Seasons Hotel at Beverly Hills on Monday (October 15) in Los Angeles.

They were joined by Rowan Blanchard, Vanessa Hudgens, Liza Koshy, Mackenzie Foy, Sofia Carson, Debby Ryan, Sasha Lane, and Laura Harrier.

David Harbour buddies up to co-stars Sasha Lane and Daniel Dae Kim at the 2018 New York Comic-Con on Saturday afternoon (October 6) in New York City.

The stars stopped by the event to promote their highly anticipated new movie Hellboy alongside the comic’s creator Mike Mignola.

During their panel discussion, David opened up about taking over the lead role from Ron Perlman – who played Hellboy in the 2004 version of the film.

“Even approaching the character I was nervous because Ron’s iconic and he’s a great Hellboy,” David said. “So I was like, I’m not going to imitate that. I’m going to do my own thing because I do not do what he does. My approach was a little bit more down and dirty. My Hellboy feels a little younger. He’s got hair, which is a big thing. He’s got a lot more inner turmoil, he’s a little more lost in the universe. He’s got more what I bring.”

Hellboy hits theaters on April 12, 2019.

Jaden Smith is all smiles with an iguana on his shoulders while attending the premiere of his movie Skate Kitchen on Tuesday (August 7) at the IFC Center in New York City.

The 20-year-old actor was joined at the event by the Skate Kitchen cast and crew: Judah Lang, Rachelle Vinberg, Dede Lovelace, Nina Moran, Ajani Russell, Kabrina Adams, Jules Lorenzo and Brenn Lorenezo, Tashiana Washington, Hisham Tawfiq, and Alex Cooper.

In the new film, Camille, an introverted teenage skateboarder (Vinberg) from Long Island, meets and befriends an all-girl, New York City-based skateboarding crew called Skate Kitchen. She falls in with the in-crowd, has a falling-out with her mother, and falls for a mysterious skateboarder guy (Smith), but a relationship with him proves to be trickier to navigate than a kickflip.
