Chris Pratt Is Princess Leia for 'SNL' Marvel Spoof! (Video)

One of our favorite moments of Chris Pratt‘s hosting gig on Saturday Night Live so far had to be when he played Princess Leia during a spoof on Marvel!

The skit makes fun of the fact that after the mega-success of his movie Guardians of the Galaxy this summer, Marvel can make a movie about anything and people would go see it.

Some of the ideas for upcoming movies include “Bus People,” about a group of people on a NYC bus, “Pam,” about a random woman named Pam, “Fancy Ghosts,” “Some Shopping Carts,” and of course, “Pam 2: The Winter Pam.”

Finally, a Marvel version of Star Wars is pitched and Chris comes out dressed like Princess Leia. So good!

Kenan Thompson Leaving 'SNL' After This Season? (Report)

Kenan Thompson is reportedly set to leave Saturday Night Live after the upcoming 2014-15 season, according to TMZ.

The 36-year-old comedian had hoped to leave the long-running series after the previous season, but he signed on for one more after creator Lorne Michaels asked him to stay on in the midst of a big cast turnover.

Fred Armisen, Jason Sudeikis, Bill Hader, and Seth Meyers have all left the show in the last couple years, leaving Kenan as the longest-running cast member on the series.

UPDATE: A spokesperson for SNL told BuzzFeed: “This report is inaccurate as the season hasn’t even started and cast decisions aren’t made until the end of the season.”

Darrell Hammond Replacing the Late Don Pardo as 'Saturday Night Live' Announcer

Darrell Hammond, Saturday Night Live‘s longest running cast member from 1995-2009, will be returning to the show as the official announcer after Don Pardo‘s tragic passing.

The 58-year-old comedian will officially announce the cast members names and introduce the show each week – Don had the job since for over 35 years but passed away over the summer.

“I just knew it wouldn’t be anybody who sounded like Don or replicated him,” the show’s longtime running man Lorne Michaels told USA Today. “It can’t be what it was, but it could sort of be in the same tradition. And it will be nice to have Darrell around. He understands the show and will probably be helpful in ways we haven’t yet figured out.”

On the show, Darrell was known for his impressions of Bill Clinton, Donald Trump, Sean Connery, and many more.

Bill Hader Returning to 'Saturday Night Live' as Host Next Month!

The 36-year-old funny man was a fan favorite during his years on the show – his character of Stefon was a huge hit!

Joining Bill on the show will be musical guest Hozier.
