With each appearance, a donation will be made to a charity of the guest host’s choice that equals the winnings of the contestants on their respective episodes.
“We look forward to each guest host bringing their unique abilities to the show and to our contestants winning a lot of money that we can match for charity,” said Jeopardy‘s Mike Richards.
Ken Jennings is currently the guest host following the death of beloved host Alex Trebek. Katie Couric, Aaron Rodgers, Bill Whitaker and Mayim Bialik will also guest host.
The ratings for Alex Trebek‘s final episode have just been revealed.
The hosts of The Today Show are paying tribute to the musicals of Broadway with their Halloween costumes this year!
The show’s hosts dressed up on Friday (October 30) at their studio at Rockefeller Center in New York City.
Savannah Guthrie and Hoda Kotb went as Elphaba and Glinda from Wicked, Sheinelle Jones and Dylan Dryer were Velma Kelly and Roxie Hart from Chicago, Jenna Bush Hager was Grizabella from Cats, and Craig Melvin and Al Roker were Alexander Hamilton and King George III from Hamilton.
Sheinelle and Dylan did a fully choreographed routine to the “Hot Honey Rag” from Chicago while the other stars all lip-synced to songs from their musicals.
Broadway is shut down right now, so this was the perfect way to pay tribute to the shows of the Great White Way while we can’t see them live.
Saturday Night Live is tackling the dueling town halls between President Donald Trump and Democratic nominee Joe Biden.
Saturday night’s episode (October 17) kicked off with a cold open playfully poking fun at the town halls, which made headlines for being scheduled at the exact same time amid protests from Hollywood to stagger the airings.

The skit featured viewers flipping back and forth between the two.
“One town hall was a thoughtful, cogent discussion of the issues facing our country. The other featured President Trump,” the announcer said.
Savannah Guthrie, who earned social media praise for taking the President to task, was played by Kate McKinnon, while Jim Carrey played Biden.
One former cast member recently explained why she doesn’t miss being on SNL.
Donald Trump refused to participate in a virtual debate with Joe Biden tonight, so there are two Town Hall events with the candidates that are happening at the same time.
Trump‘s Town Hall is being hosted by NBC and Today‘s Savannah Guthrie is moderating the event, though many have commented on how it feels more like a debate between the president and the moderator.
Democrats are praising Savannah for calling out Trump on some of the falsehoods that he has been spewing, including his retweets of conspiracy theories and his thoughts on QAnon.
Savannah has called out Trump for not having a health care plan ready even though his administration is going to court in November to throw out Obamacare, which will get rid of the guarantee for people with pre-existing conditions. She also called him out on not urging Americans to wear a mask and he says he has no problem with mask wearing.
