Shakira & Gerard Pique Bring Their Kids to Christmas Day Basketball Game!

Shakira and her partner Gerard Pique sit in courtside seats while watching a basketball game at Madison Square Garden on Monday (December 25) in New York City.

The longtime couple brought their cutie pie kids Milan, 4, and Sasha, 2, to watch the Christmas Day game between the New York Knicks and the Philadelphia 76ers.

The 76ers won the game 105-98.

“Happy holidays to the best fans any artist could hope for. Thank you so much for your support this year – the love you guys have shown me over the last few months has been my rock! I should have more news on the tour to give you in the next few days. Until then, sending love and peace to you and yours,” Shakira wrote on Instagram that day.

Shakira Postpones Tour Until 2018, Writes Heartfelt Note to Fans

Shakira has been forced to postpone her upcoming El Dorado World Tour until 2018.

The 40-year-old entertainer announced that she has suffered a hemorrhage on her right vocal cord, and after postponing a few dates, she has decided to postpone the European dates until next year.

“In all the years I’ve been singing, I’ve never been faced with situation like this. As such, and with a heavy heart, I must announce that I find myself obliged to postpone my European tour until 2018, to allow my body several necessary weeks, dedicated to my complete recovery,” Shakira wrote on Instagram in both English and Spanish.

Shakira Further Postpones Her 'El Dorado' World Tour

Shakira is continuing to push back her El Dorado World Tour.

After the 40-year-old “Chantaje” superstar was forced to postpone the opening night of her tour due to vocal strain, she’s now delaying even more shows to recover.

‘s shows in Paris, Antwerp and Amsterdam are now being rescheduled.

“For the last few days I’ve been very focused on recovery for my strained vocal chords. I really hoped to achieve this in time to be able to sing in Paris; however, and much to my chagrin, this hasn’t been possible and my doctors have advised me to continue on vocal rest for the time being. I’m very sorry to inform you all that I won’t be able to sing on the 10th and 11th in Paris, the 12th in Antwerp, or the 14th in Amsterdam, but we are working on confirming new dates,” she wrote on her website.

“At the moment I’m concentrating on full recovery to be able to share with you all this show that I’ve so enjoyed preparing and of which I am very proud. I’m anxious to get back on stage and be at 100% for all of you. Again, I thank all of you from the bottom of my heart for all the support you’ve shown me these days and which has helped keep me afloat in what has been a difficult time. God willing we will see each other soon for the kickoff of my tour. Sending all my love and gratitude, Shakira.”

Shakira Postpones the First Date of Her 'El Dorado' World Tour

Shakira‘s upcoming tour hasn’t even kicked off yet, but she’s already had to reschedule the first date.

The 40-year-old “Chantaje” superstar posted an update on her official website on Tuesday (November 7) confirming that she would be unable to kick off her El Dorado World Tour on Friday (November 8) in Cologne, Germany due to vocal strain.

“During these last few days of rehearsals, I have unfortunately strained my vocal cords and as a result, my doctors have ordered me to go on vocal rest to avoid any greater damage that could keep me from performing. I’m devastated to have to miss our first show on November 8th in Koln,” she wrote.

“The Live Nation team is working hard to find a new date for me to come back and share this exciting show with you which I feel is going to be my best one yet. I am focusing on recovering now to be able to kick off on November 10th in Paris, as soon as I get the green light from my doctors.”

Latin Grammys 2017 Nominations - Full List of Latin Grammy Nominees!

The nominees are officially in for the 2017 Latin Grammy Awards!

39-year-old Puerto Rican superstar Residente leads the pack with nine nominations, followed closely by Maluma (7) and Shakira (6).

Other popular nominated acts include Pitbull, Nicky Jam, J Balvin and Camila Cabello.

The Latin Recording Academy will host the 18th annual ceremony on November 16 at the MGM Grand Garden Arena in Las Vegas from 8-11 P.M. EST.
