Fran Drescher and her boyfriend Shiva Ayyadurai have tied the knot after one year of dating, according to People!

The 56-year-old actress married the 50-year-old email creator at their beach home in front of an intimate group of close friends and family.

Fran reportedly wore a Badgley Mischka wedding dress, while he wore Ralph Lauren.

“Fran heard my talk and we fell in love, and we’ve been together since that talk,” Shiva recently shared to Huffington Post about his love. “Every day is a celebration with Fran. Every day is almost a romantic hangout with her. We’re always laughing, always enjoying ourselves.”

In case you didn’t know, Fran was previously married to Peter Marc Jacobson, but they divorced in 1999.

Fran Drescher is pretty in peach while making her entrance on the red carpet at the 2014 Tony Awards on Sunday evening (June 8) at Radio City Music Hall in New York City.

The 56-year-old actress, who is currently starring on Broadway in the musical Cinderella, will be presenting on stage this evening.

Fran was joined at the event by both her ex-husband Peter Marc Jacobson (right) and her new boyfriend Shiva Ayyadurai (left).

In case you didn’t know, Fran and Peter got divorced back in 1999 after he revealed that he is gay, but they have remained best friends ever since and even turned their story into the TV Land series Happily Divorced.
