The R&B newcomer sounds like he gave a little groove to A-ha‘s “Take On Me!”

Steph shares, “The song cover was inspired by my hero Tim Burton (Edward Scissorhands, Nightmare Before Christmas). I left the faces out because I wanted whoever looking at the different bodies to actually picture themselves being in that photo. It’s less about beauty of one’s face but more about the beauty of the imagination. Sexy comes in any color, shape, or size!”

In a giving mood, singer Jordan Sparks gives a free, impromptu concert to paparazzi along Miami Beach’s boardwalk on Monday afternoon (February 8).

A source tells JustJared.com, “She performed two acoustic songs for photographers because she saw them outside in the cold, all wet from the rain. She sang covers of Jewel‘s ‘Who Will Save Your Soul’ and Fall Out Boy‘s ‘Sugar, We’re Going Down’.” What a sweetheart!

Jordin Sparks goes in for a kiss from her boyfriend, R&B newcomer Steph Jones, while celebrating New Year’s in Cabo San Lucas, Mexico earlier this week.

“Parasailing was so peaceful and breathtaking,” Jordin said of her vacation in Cabo.

Musician Steph Jones marches to the beat of his own drum in the new music video for his own rendition of the Christmas classic “The Little Drummer Boy.”

“I didn’t make this song just for Christmas,” Steph says. “It’s a song to inspire others and bring people together. When Jordin Sparks, B. Scott and I were marching with the drums, I imagined us being on the front line of a war. It was my way of saying that it doesn’t matter if you are man, women, gay or straight. We should all be able to come together and fight for a certain cause no matter who you are. And once we truly figure that out, then that’s when we grow as people.”

Jordin Sparks makes a special cameo appearance in musician pal Steph Jones‘ new music video for his own rendition of the Christmas classic “The Little Drummer Boy.”

The vid was just shot on December 8 and also features B.Scott.

As for what inspired the video, Steph says, “Think [director] Tim Burton meets Nightmare Before Elm Street meets The Nutcracker!”

Jordin Sparks and Just Jared prepare for battle in a Lightsaber War backstage during Y100′s Jingle Ball 2009 concert on Saturday (December 12) held at the Bank Atlantic Center in Sunrise, Florida.

The 19-year-old American Idol champ told JustJared.com that she’ll be back in Miami in February to hold a fundraiser for her charity, “I’m M.A.D, Are You?” Jordin also talked about taking a nice long vacation in Cabo for New Year’s with one of her BFFs, musician Steph Jones!

On Friday at Z100′s Jingle Ball 2009 in New York City, Jordin was seen at the H&M Gifting Lounge, picking up goodies at the 5 Gum table and stocking up on Wonka Everlasting Gobstoppers.

Jordin Sparks leaves Heidi Klum‘s Halloween party in Los Angeles looking ghoulish as she holds hands with rumored boyfriend Steph Jones on Saturday (October 31).

The 19-year-old Idol went to the party with Steph, who dressed as a girl with a bad weave, according to his Twitter.

Jordin will be performing at “America’s Biggest Sleepover” this Saturday. The event, which will be broadcast on beinggirl.com, will bring together girls across the country for a night of fun,
sleepover-themed activities.
