Tina Fey and Steve Carell share lipstick and the cover of this week’s EW, on newsstands tomorrow (March 19).

Here’s what the comedy duo had to share:

Steve, on a prolonged kiss that plays over the entire closing credits: “It was fun. The hardest part was not laughing, frankly….To go for it for, like, five minutes – it was a long time.”

Tina, on the kiss: “I want to state for my husband’s sake that it was a comedy idea, not an erotic idea. I did pitch: Wouldn’t it be funny if the kiss was as long as the credit sequence? It was fun because we’re both so polite and not only are we both married, but we know each other’s spouses. It was the world’s longest closed-mouth kiss. It was like a tongueless turtle mouth.”

Tina, on why she liked the film’s premise: “I liked the idea of playing grown people out on this adventure. I definitely relate to the small details of the script, just how worn-out and in a rut you can get when you’re married and working with kids.”

Ryan Gosling and Steve Carell will hit the big screen together in a comedy about a father dealing with a marital crisis.

Ryan will play Steve‘s best friend, according to Variety. Steve‘s character faces problems as he unsuccessfully tries to manage his relationship with his kids.

Next up for Ryan is the release of All Good Things with Kirsten Dunst! Steve‘s Date Night with Tina Fey will arrive in theaters next month.

In this episode, The Office travels to Niagara Falls to celebrate Jim and Pam’s wedding under strict orders not to mention Pam’s pregnancy. Michael, Dwight, and Andy all want to hook up with guests at the wedding and Michael and Dwight meet twins.

Check out new The Office stills from episode “Customer Survey.” Looks like Jim is, once again, up to his mischievous ways and playing pranks on poor Dwight. Dwight’s phone looks like it’s been tapped!

Synopsis as follows: “Dwight and Jim are shocked when they get the results of the annual customer survey report. Pam and Jim decide they want to spend every minute together using their bluetooth phones. Meanwhile, Angela and Andy pick an unusual location for their wedding.”

Anne Hathaway (in Marchesa) joins costars Steve Carell and Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson at the Get Smart premiere on Tuesday at the Capitol cinema in Madrid, Spain.

Here are some interesting excerpts from an interview with the 25-year-old actress by Australia’s Herald Sun:

What was the reason [you dropped out of Knocked Up]? I don’t think the reason matters at this point. Katherine Heigl did it, and did a tremendous job, you know. It was a great move for her, the film’s been out for a year, got stellar reviews and did killer at the box office. I don’t think it matters any more why I didn’t do it. (Director Judd Apatow attributed her disagreement to plans to use real footage of a woman giving birth.)

How did you cope with breaking a tooth just hours before you were due to launch the Lancome Magnifique fragrance? Oh, God, it was scary stuff. No one could see it, but I was in a lot of pain. I was in Paris and I went to a dentist and unfortunately I don’t speak French and he didn’t speak English, so we were kind of gesturing at each other, trying to pop it in. I speak a bit of Italian, but he spoke Spanish and we were like: what’s the common language? …And he came at me with a needle, and I don’t know about you, but I’m not a big fan of needles by my face and so I was kind of saying: ‘‘No, I have to be able to smile and speak tonight” and he was laughing at me saying (she puts on an Italian accent) ‘‘No, no, no it will be fine”. (She realizes it’s the wrong accent). Which wasn’t French. (Giggles) Excuse me, I’m tired.

Anne Hathaway (in Jenni Kayne) plays it cute with costar Steve Carell during a photocall with a British red telephone booth to promote their film, Get Smart, at Claridge’s Hotel on Thursday in London.

Anne and Steve were accompanied at the photo call by director Peter Segal as well as costar Dwyane “The Rock” Johnson.

Even though personal questions were strictly forbidden at the Italian premiere of Get Smart on Monday, a reporter slipped one in anyway! Anne was asked, “Was the separation from your ex-boyfriend painful?”

Steve stepped in to save the day, saying, “In my role of agent [for] Miss Hathaway, I would like to say that she does not answer questions relating to this subject.”
