Offset is speaking out for the first time on social media.
The 30-year-old Migos member mourned the loss of Takeoff, who died earlier this month at the age of 28, in a tribute post on his Instagram.
If you didn’t know, Migos are all related: Quavo is Takeoff‘s uncle, and Offset is Quavo‘s cousin.

Cardi B is speaking out about the loss of Takeoff.
The 30-year-old “WAP” superstar shared a tribute to the Migos superstar, who sadly passed away at the age of 28 at the beginning of the month.
Cardi is married to Takeoff’s Migos co-star Offset. Quavo is Takeoff‘s uncle, and Offset is Quavo‘s cousin.
“The impact you had in this world was so considerable and we have struggled to grasp this tragedy. I am heartbroken but I am grateful for all the precious memories we got to share while you were here with us. This has truly been a nightmare and the pain is incomparable,” she wrote on Instagram.

Official photos have been released of celebs in attendance at the memorial service, which was held at the State Farm Arena in Atlanta, Ga.
Free tickets were distributed for fans to attend the event and no phones were allowed inside. Members of the media were also not allowed to capture photos with only the official photographer documenting the event.
Migos members Quavo and Offset were both in attendance and spoke on stage during the event. Justin Bieber and Chloe Bailey both performed while Drake read a poem and spoke about his friendship with Takeoff.
More celebs in attendance included Offset‘s wife Cardi B, as well as CeeLo Green, Teyana Taylor, Yung Miami, and JT.
Atlanta mayor Andre Dickens presented Takeoff‘s family with the Phoenix Award, which is the city’s highest award.
Takeoff was tragically killed on November 1 at the age of 28.

Offset is subtly reacting to Takeoff‘s death.
The Migos rapper was killed at the age of 28 after being hit by a stray bullet at a bowling alley in Houston, Texas in the early morning hours on Tuesday (November 1).
The day after his death, Offset – Takeoff‘s cousin and Migos groupmate – quietly paid tribute to Takeoff.

The manager of Migos rapper Takeoff is speaking out after he was killed at the age of 28 in a shooting.
The statement suggests that Takeoff was the victim of a stray bullet rather than the target of the shooting.
Takeoff, whose real name was Kirsnik Khari Ball, tragically passed away in the early morning hours of Tuesday (November 1) in Houston, Texas.
According to TMZ, at around 2:30 am local time, police received a call about a man who had been shot at 810 Billiards & Bowling in Houston. Both Takeoff and his uncle and groupmate Quavo were allegedly at the bowling alley playing dice when an altercation is said to have broken out.
Takeoff was shot and pronounced dead at the scene. Quavo was not injured.
The manager took to social media on Tuesday night to release a statement on the death.
“It is with broken hearts and deep sadness that we mourn the loss of our beloved brother Kirsnick Khari Ball, known to the world as Takeoff. Senseless violence and a stray bullet has taken another life from this world and we are devastated. Please respect his family and friends as we all continue to process this monumental loss,” the statement read.
Police have been asking for help finding the killer, who is still at large.
