Every Vote Counts Election 2020 Special - Celebrity Lineup Revealed!

Global Citizen‘s Every Vote Counts: A Celebration of Democracy special is airing tonight (October 29) – and it’s a star-studded affair!

The event promises to honor and celebrate the power of voting through music, dance, art and dialogue. Artists, musicians, performers, and community leaders will come together for a bipartisan celebration of American democracy, with the goal to uplift the power of civic action and celebrate the precious value of every single citizen’s right to vote.

The show will be hosted by Alicia Keys, America Ferrera and Kerry Washington, with appearances from Amy Schumer, Chris Rock, Cobie Smulders, Coldplay, Condoleezza Rice, Eva Longoria, Jennifer Lopez, Kelly Clarkson, Leonardo DiCaprio, Lin-Manuel Miranda, Natalie Portman, Shaquille O’Neal, Tan France, Wilmer Valderrama and more with performances by Alicia Keys, Dan + Shay, Offset and Shawn Mendes.

The show will air on CBS and will be streamed via CBS All Access on Thursday (October 29) at 9 p.m. ET/PT. The special will also be available via the following platforms: iHeartMedia radio stations and app, Apple Music, Apple TV App, Amazon Music, Twitch, NowThis, YouTube, Twitter, TIDAL and Facebook, with more still to be announced.

Queer Eye's Tan France Just Became a US Citizen; Vows To Vote For Change In Upcoming Elections

Tan France is officially a US Citizen!

The 37-year-old British born Queer Eye star shared the happy news with his fans on social media today.

“A few minutes ago, I officially became an U.S citizen!! For me, this is monumental,” Tan wrote in the caption of his post on Instagram. “It’s something I’ve been working towards for literally 20 years, which makes this all the more emotional.”

Tan, went on, promising that now that he’s a US Citizen, he will be using his vote in the upcoming elections for change.

“And now, I will exercise my constitutional right as an American. Today, I will register to vote, and vote for the change I wish to see in OUR nation,” he added.

If you missed it, this other star will be voting for the first time in November, too.

'Next in Fashion' Canceled By Netflix After One Season

The fashion competition series Next in Fashion has been canceled by Netflix after just one season.

Tan France, who co-hosted the show with Alexa Chung, confirmed to Variety that they are “not doing a second season.” He did leave open the possibility that the series could be picked up by a different network or streaming service.

“This is a one-season show, we don’t know what will happen in the future,” he added. “But it was honestly one of the proudest things I’ve ever worked on. I love the show and Alexa so much. My focus is definitely on Queer Eye and moving forward with that.”

Netflix has been canceling a bunch of shows this year after their debut seasons, ending a trend in which most shows on the streamer got additional seasons.

Queer Eye is ready to transform Philadelphia!

The Fab Five – Antoni Porowski (Food & Wine), Bobby Berk (Interior Design), Jonathan Van Ness (Grooming), Karamo Brown (Culture) and Tan France (Fashion) – return to Netflix with their fifth season of the hit series on June 5.

Here’s what to expect: “Now in its fifth season, Queer Eye’s fearless ambassadors head east to Philadelphia, the birthplace of the nation, to bring their infectious brand of self-love, confidence and encouragement to a whole new roster of heroes. Additionally, we tapped queer pop artist Vincint to create a special song, “Be Me (for Queer Eye Season 5).” The track is featured in the trailer and available to stream.”

'Queer Eye' Renewed for Season 6 at Netflix!

Queer Eye is coming back for more!

The hit series was just picked up for a sixth season by Netflix, Variety reported on Wednesday (March 11).

The show’s fifth season, which was shot in Philadelphia, is set to premiere this summer.

The sixth season will see the Fab 5 – Karamo Brown, Bobby Berk, Antoni Porowski, Tan France and Jonathan Van Ness – heading to Austin, Texas where they will “scour the prairie in a search for a whole new roster of heroes in need of a little TLC.”

Queer Eye continues to have great success on the streaming service, however, not all fan favorites have been so lucky. Netflix canceled all of these shows after just one season…

Tan France Keeps Getting Asked to 'Tuck' His Fans - Watch! (Video)

Tan France is known for promoting the “french tuck” for a quick chic look on Queer Eye – which means he’s being asked to “tuck” fans left and right!

The Queer Eye style star made an appearance on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon on Tuesday night (March 4).

During the appearance, Tan hilariously explained that he keeps getting confused with a certain popular director and actor: Taika Waititi!

He also said that it gets awkward when fans ask him to “French tuck” them, especially in strange places: “It sounds really vulgar – especially by a urinal!” he explained.

Tan also played a game of Password with Kevin Bacon on the show.
