The Mumford & Sons guys – Marcus Mumford, Ben Lovett, Country Winston, Ted Dwayne – have just extended their Full English Tour!

Along with adding more tour dates, the guys have rescheduled other missed dates due to bassist Ted‘s sudden brain blood clot that forced them to cancel shows.

Ted is making a “steady recovery” from his surgery, and is “wearing his newly acquired shaven-headed hairstyle with enviable levels of suave,” the band wrote on their official site.

Check out the video premiere for Mumford & Sons‘ song “Whispers in the Dark”!

In the video, the guys – Marcus Mumford, Ben Lovett, Country Winston, and Ted Dwayne – can be seen in a four way split screen shot, watching each band member make their way to the concert.

“Whispers in the Dark” is the new single off of their latest album Babel – which won the Album of the Year award at the 2013 Grammys.

Mumford & Sons hit the red carpet at the 2013 BRIT Awards held at the O2 Arena on Wednesday (February 20) in London, England.

The guys – Marcus Mumford, Ben Lovett, Country Winston, and Ted Dwayne – picked up the award for British Group at the show, beating out One Direction and some other bands!

When they won the award, Marcus‘ wife Carey Mulligan was seen giving him a big hug.

During the show, Mumford & Sons hit the stage to perform their hit song “I Will Wait”. Make sure to check it out below.
