After months of watching the amazing performances on the fifth season of The Voice, it is finally time to find out who is the winner!

In the final three this season are Team Adam’s Tessanne Chin and Will Champlin, as well as Team Christina’s Jacquie Lee. Both Team Blake and Team Cee Lo have no more contestants left.

On last night’s performance show, each contestant got to sing three different songs, including one duet with their coach.

Tessanne Chin and Celine Dion perform “Love Can Move Mountains” together during day two of The Voice Season 5 Finale on Tuesday (December 17) in Universal City, Calif.

Tessanne Chin shows off her vocal prowess during day one of The Voice Season 5 Finale on Monday (December 16) in Universal City, Calif.

The 28-year-old Jamaican singer sang her blind audition song, which was Pink‘s “Try”, Whitney Houston‘s classic hit “I Have Nothing,” and was joined on the stage by mentor Adam Levine for “Let It Be.”

It is getting down to the wire on the fifth season of The Voice and we now know who will be facing off in next week’s finals.

While the contestants all did two songs each last week, this week they only got one song to showcase their talents.

Here are where the teams stood before the eliminations: Team Adam has three people with James Wolpert, Tessanne Chin, and Will Champlin; Team Christina has one singers with Jacquie Lee; Team Blake has one final contestant with Cole Vosbury; Team Cee Lo has zero contestants.

Tessanne Chin shows off her vocal range while performing on The Voice during the semifinals on Monday (December 9) in Universal City, Calif.

The 28-year-old singer serenaded the crowd with a rendition of Simon and Garfunkel‘s “Bridge Over Troubled Water.”

“I nearly fell down I couldn’t believe that. At first, I saw a tweet by Adam Lambert and I’m such of huge fan of his, but Kelly‘s what started it all for us. I remember watching her in Jamaica win Idol and she’s the one that started, for me, this whole trend of why it’s a successful thing. To hear her say that and getting to sing one of her songs, it made me so humble,” Tessanne shared to JJ during a recording session last week about Kelly Clarkson declaring that she had the best vocal ever on the show.
