Olivier Martinez looks dapper in a gray suit while attending the premiere of his new movie El Medico (The Physician) on Thursday (December 19) at the Callao Cinema in Madrid, Spain.
The 47-year-old actor was joined by his co-stars Tom Payne and Stellan Skarsgard, director Philipp Stolzl, and author Noah Gordon at the event.
