Star Trek Beyond just got a brand new trailer and set their official world premiere date!
Paramount Pictures announced that the film will exclusively premiere at San Diego’s Comic-Con International on July 20th. This event, held at Embarcadero Marina Park South, will mark the first-ever open-air IMAX world premiere.
The premiere will also feature appearances by the cast and a performance of the film’s score by the San Diego Symphony Orchestra.
The film also debuted a brand new action-packed trailer to celebrate the big news.
Star Trek Beyond hits theaters nationwide on July 22nd.
The actors were at the event to debut the trailer for the reboot of their beloved series Prison Break. Outside of the theater, the network had people dressed up in orange jumpsuits to promote the return of the show.
The original action drama centered on Michael Scofield (Miller), a young man determined to save his convicted brother, Lincoln Burrows (Purcell), from death row by hatching an elaborate plan to escape from prison. In the all-new event series, filmed on location in Morocco, clues surface that suggest a previously thought-to-be-dead Michael may be alive. Lincoln and Sara (Callies), Michael’s wife until he was assumed dead, reunite to engineer the series’ biggest escape ever, as three of Fox River State Penitentiary’s most notorious escapees, Sucre (Amaury Nolasco), T-Bag (Robert Knepper) and C-Note (Rockmond Dunbar), are pulled back into the action.
Mandy Moore and Milo Ventimiglia walk the carpet while attending the 2016 NBC Universal Upfront Presentation at Radio City Music Hall on Monday morning (May 16) in New York City.
The actors were both at the event to support their new series This Is Us, which was picked up for the network’s fall lineup.
The new series follows a unique ensemble as their paths cross and their life stories intertwine in curious ways, we find that several of them share the same birthday – and so much more than anyone would expect.
Justin Hartley also stars in the series and both he and Milo are seen stripping down in the very emotional trailer.
The movie is about a high school senior (Roberts) who “finds herself immersed in an online game of truth or dare, where her every move starts to become manipulated by an anonymous community of ‘watchers.’”
Emma is dared to kiss Dave‘s character and they end up teaming up for the night of truth or dare, which includes the moment they strip down in a clothing store.
