Miley Cyrus plays a friendly game of egg toss while taping a segment for Total Request Live (TRL) in Times Square, New York City on Friday afternoon. The 15-year-old Disney sensation chatted with MTV VJ Damien Fahey during the show.

Miley will be co-hosting TRL on both Wednesday and Thursday! She’ll be sharing all about her new album, Breakout, and what’s up next for Hannah Montana.

Vanessa Hudgens (in Ports 1961) rubs shoulders with NFL Football player Chad Johnson during an appearance on MTV’s Total Request Live at MTV Studios on Tuesday in New York City.

The 19-year-old High School Musical star helped promote her new album, Identified, out in stores today. The segments airs today, Thursday, July 3rd at 3PM ET/PT on MTV.

James McAvoy promotes his latest action thriller, Wanted, at MTV’s Total Request Live on Tuesday (taped Monday) at the MTV Times Square Studios in New York City.

When MTV VJ Damian Fahey, who turned 28 earlier this month, asked McAvoy what it was like kissing pillow-lipped costar Angelina Jolie, James joked, “It must have been very pleasant for her. We used a method called CGI [to enhances her lips]. (laughs) No, she’s got massive lips. And she’s a massive superstar. And she’s very cool.”

Fahey joked that Angelina has “Tempur-Pedic pillows on her lips.”

Hilary Duff talks about her new movie, War, Inc., during MTV’s Total Request Live (TRL) at the MTV Times Square Studios on Tuesday in New York City.

In the political war comedy, the 20-year-old singer/actress plays the character Yonica. Said The Duffster, “It was such a trip for me to do this character because it was so different from who I am and even the way I looked in it–she has an accent, she’s Eastern European, she’s a little oversexed, super young, she doesn’t know what she’s doing. And the way she dresses is really cheesy and out of control. It was fun for me to do something so different from who I am.”

John Cusack wrote, produced and starred in the film, which comes out in theaters on Friday, May 23.

Iron Man stars Robert Downey Jr. and Gwyneth Paltrow promote their latest superhero flick in New York City on Monday afternoon.

The pair stopped off at MTV’s Total Request Live (TRL), which will air on Thursday. Gwyn continued promoting at The Late Show with David Letterman, which airs tonight. You can also watch Robery Downey Jr. om Good Morning America here.

Iron Man has scored a healthy 82% on RottenTomatoes.com so far. Solid reviews across the board and Just Jared can attest to them!

I saw a screening of the film over the weekend and I can vouch that Robert Downey Jr. IS Iron Man. He does such a fantastic job of portraying multi-zillionaire industrialist Tony Stark with charm, wit and humor. And the special effects? Fuhgeddaboutit. Fan-freaking-tastic!

After rapping for Nelly, Heidi Montag leaves MTV TRL Studios in Times Square, New York City on Monday.

Earlier this month, Heidi, 21, declared her support for John McCain, but had not yet registered to vote.

But she recently told MTV News, “I am definitely registering to vote. I’ve just been so busy and crazy filming and working on my album and working on my fashion show that I’ve hardly had any time,” she said at the Heidiwood fashion show.

Heidi also shared about her aspiring movie career. “The perfect movie I want to do is like [Jennifer Garner's character] Sydney Bristow on Alias. I want to be, like, an action star. I want a big gun,” she laughed. “Like Angelina Jolie roles. I want to be the badass.”

She also turned down doing a movie for The Hills: “I’ve never discussed a movie possibility for The Hills…and I’m not sure if for my first movie I’d let Lauren Conrad narrate me, so I don’t think that would be something I would do. If I was doing movies, I’d want it to be with Denzel Washington or something like that. If they were to make a Hills movie, I wouldn’t be in it. No, thank you.”
