Veronica Mars is back and we have the first footage from the new season on Hulu!

Here’s a synopsis: Spring breakers are getting murdered in Neptune, thereby decimating the seaside town’s lifeblood tourist industry. After Mars Investigations is hired by the family of one of the victims to find their son’s killer, Veronica (Kristen Bell) is drawn into an epic eight-episode mystery that pits the enclave’s wealthy elites, who would rather put an end to the month-long bacchanalia, against a working class that relies on the cash influx that comes with being the West Coast’s answer to Daytona Beach.

Jason Dohring, Max Greenfield, Kirby Howell-Baptiste, Patton Oswalt, JK Simmons, and more.

The show will officially debut on July 26.

Jason Dohring is showing off his hot body while going shirtless on the set of Veronica Mars.

The 36-year-old actor is in ridiculously great shape for his return as Logan Echolls in the Hulu reboot of the beloved television series.

“Was looking for snack, but got a full meal 😋,” the Veronica Mars account on Instagram captioned the hot photos, which were snapped by Jason‘s co-star Ryan Hansen.

The limited series will have eight episodes and it will air sometime in 2019. The first three seasons of the show, as well as the 2014 film, will start streaming on Hulu this summer.

Kristen Bell is back on the set!

The 38-year-old actress was spotted filming a scene for the reboot of Veronica Mars on Thursday (November 16) in Hermosa Beach, Calif.

In the scene, Kristen was spotted standing outside of a hotel after an “explosion” on set.

The show reportedly planned on filming in Malibu, but had to change locations due to the wildfires.

The new episodes of Veronica Mars will be premiering on Hulu sometime in 2019 and we can’t wait to find out what all the characters are up to!

The 38-year-old actress was spotted filming a scene for the show with a dog at the beach on Monday (November 12) in Hermosa Beach, Calif.

The show reportedly planned on filming in Malibu, but had to change locations due to the wildfires in Malibu.

The new episodes of Veronica Mars will be premiering on Hulu sometime in 2019 and we can’t wait to find out what all the characters are up to!

Veronica Mars is coming back to television for an eight-episode revival series on Hulu and the cast keeps growing!

Kristen Bell will of course be back as the title character alongside most of the original cast and now Max Greenfield and Patton Oswalt have been added to the cast.

Max will be reprising his role as Leo D’Amato, who he played in 11 episodes of the original run of the show and the 2014 movie.

Patton will be playing “Penn Epner, who’s on the wrong side of 40 to be as proud of his title as the ‘best pizza-delivery guy in Neptune’ as he is. But he won’t shut up about it — or anything else. A true-crime devotee and frequent poster on unsolved-murder websites, Penn is affable, a little hapless and milking his 15 minutes for all its worth,” according to THR.

No premiere date has been announced for the Veronica Mars revival series, but you can watch all previous episodes and the movie on Hulu starting in summer 2019.

Kristen Bell is bracing fans of Veronica Mars!

The 38-year-old actress made an appearance at SiriusXM studios on Wednesday (September 26) for an EW Spotlight on SiriusXM’s Entertainment Weekly Radio.

During her appearance, Kristen discussed several topics including Frozen 2, the Veronica Mars reboot, how her daughter discovered she is famous.

She also explained her love for her Veronica Mars character, the show’s fandom, and thoughts on extending the beloved franchise.

The EW Spotlight will air on SiriusXM’s Entertainment Weekly Radio (ch 105.) on Thursday (September 27) at 8 a.m. ET.

Kristen Bell is in talks to return to the role of Veronica Mars in an upcoming revival series with Hulu.

The actress previously reprised the role in a 2014 movie, which was crowdfunded with a Kickstarter campaign that raised $3.7 million in just hours. Kristen and many other original cast members starred in the film.

Kristen will be joined in the revival series by other original cast members and there will be eight episodes.

The new season will not affect Kristen‘s work on the NBC comedy The Good Place, according to Deadline.
