It was recently announced that Gael Garcia Bernal is in negotiations to join Matthew as an AIDS victim in his upcoming film The Dallas Buyer’s Club, according to THR.

The movie centers on Ron Woodruff, who “starts smuggling alternative drug treatments into the US to help himself and other patients (including Bernal‘s character, who signs on to help) after being diagnosed with AIDS. His actions put the club in direct confrontation with the US Food and Drug Administration, which is looking to keep the meds out of the country.”
