Melissa Leo and Virginia Madsen walk the red carpet at the 2012 Oscars held at the Hollywood & Highland Center on Sunday (February 26) in Hollywood.

Melissa, who was last year’s Best Supporting Actress Winner, presented the Best Supporting Actor Award to Christopher Plummer for Beginners.

She paired her gold Reem Acra gown with Jimmy Choo shoes, while Virginia donned a purple asymmetrical one-shoulder gown by Kevan Hall and carried a Judith Leiber clutch.

On-screen couple Amanda Seyfried and Shiloh Fernandez head to the set of their new movie, Red Riding Hood on Thursday (July 22) in Vancouver, Canada.

The flick is being helmed by Catherine Hardwicke, who directed the first Twilight film before parting ways with the franchise.

Costars also pictured in costume: Virginia Madsen (Red’s mom), Gary Oldman, Cole Heppell, Jen Halley, Billy Burke and Lukas Haas, who stars as The Architect who gets replaced by Ellen Page in Inception.
