Will Reeve is opening up about his resemblance to his dad, the late Superman star Christopher Reeve.
The 31-year-old ABC News correspondent, who is the youngest child of Christopher and Dana Reeve, opened up about the physical similarities at the “An Eve with Reeve” benefit for the Christopher & Dana Reeve Foundation, via People.
Will said that he’s “very fortunate to have the life that I do.”

The 30-year-old ABC News correspondent was all smiles while leaving the Good Morning America studios on Thursday (December 22) in New York City.
Will served as a fill-in host on GMA that morning while the main anchors were absent. While he has reported on stories before, this was his first time as an anchor!
For those who don’t know, Will is the son of the late Christopher Reeve and the late Dana Reeve.
Will was just 2 when his father was paralyzed and only 11 when he passed away. Just two years later, when he was 13, his mother died from lung cancer.
After college, Will was an intern at Good Morning America and later earned a role on ESPN’s SportsCenter before joining ABC News as a correspondent in 2018, according to People.
Will Reeve is opening up about his viral moment where it appeared he was just wearing his underwear in an appearance on Good Morning America this week.
The 27-year-old journalist called in for another segment and spoke with Michael Strahan and Amy Robach about the mishap.
“I’m just here in my home set up for another day of work like millions of Americans who are on video calls all the time now,” Will shared, “and a headline reminder for anyone who’s using Zoom, Skype, FaceTime, anything with a camera: make sure you frame your shot.”
He added that this is a tip he’ll personally be using from now on, too.
“With the convenience of at-home connectivity comes the parallel: awkward or embarrassing moments beamed across the Internet. Some mishaps going viral. Like this one,” Will continued. “Yep, that’s me. Busted! Wearing shorts on GMA. My casual bottom half going viral.”

ABC contributor Will Reeve, who is the son of the late actor Christopher Reeve, was not wearing pants during a video call on this morning’s Good Morning America…and his bare legs were accidentally showing!
The 27-year-old GMA correspondent quickly clarified, “those are shorts I promise,” and that he wasn’t just completely nude on the bottom.
Well, Will quickly was alerted that everyone could see him in his shorts!
He explained that he got ready for his morning gym routine way too early, and that’s why he was wearing shorts and not his suit pants.

Will Reeve is remembering the late Christopher Reeve.
The 27-year-old son of the Superman actor, who sadly died in 2004, spoke out at the Christopher & Dana Reeve Foundation’s “A Magical Evening” Gala on Thursday night (November 14) in New York City.

“I think his legacy is never going to go away and think that is a responsibility that I feel, to carry his and my mother’s legacy on for the rest of my life and hopefully beyond that. I think that the foundation is one way, one tangible way, that his legacy and my mom’s legacy will always live on. And I think the way that I, and my siblings, live our lives is another way. And I think that his impact is felt by the millions of lives that he touched,” Will told People.
He said fans say that he was their “favorite Superman, but more than being their favorite Superman, they say, ‘He was one of my favorite people because he inspired them in ways that had nothing to do with movies.”
“I think that the people who have the most lasting impact on culture are people who made a real difference in the world beyond whatever it is that they were initially known for. And I think that my dad is certainly one of those people … he had an impact on the world well beyond his fleeting fame for being in movies. And I think that he was a change agent in the world, and those are the people who last, and that is why he has lasted.”

Meryl Streep is all smiles while looking up at Will Reeve as he towers over her on the red carpet at the Christopher & Dana Reeve Foundation’s A Magical Evening benefit held at Cipriani Wall Street on Thursday (November 17) in New York City.
The 67-year-old actress was also joined at the event by Will‘s siblings Matthew and Alexandra Reeve, Jerry O’Connell, and Andy Karl and his wife Orfeh.
