Tulisa Contostavlos has won in a legal fight against Britney Spears and will.i.am over their smash hit, “Scream & Shout.”

The 29-year-old singer had been fighting in court for five years, claiming that she both co-wrote and featured on the 2012 song.

Tulisa co-wrote the song with Will‘s producers, which was originally meant to appear on her album The Female Boss. The producers then reportedly ditched her after deciding they disliked her version, releasing it with will.i.am and Britney instead.

During the court case, the court also found that Tulisa‘s vocals were still present alongside Britney‘s voice on the released version, according to Metro.

Tulisa will now be credited as a writer on the song, winning 10% of worldwide publishing rights and income.

While at the lodge, stars were gifted vouchers for JetSuiteX, a semi-private commercial charter that gives people a chance to experience the benefits of flying semi-private for the price of commercial. Flights were also donated to Angel Flight West, a nonprofit, volunteer-driven organization that arranges free, non-emergency air travel for children and adults with serious medical conditions and other compelling needs.

Stars also autographed the Good Vibes Giving Wall and wrote down their favorite charities. At the end of the festival, the charity that gets the most mentions will receive the wall to auction off to raise funds. RADD is also at the lodge to film PSAs with talent like Nashville‘s Chaley Rose. The organization is the entertainment industry’s voice for road safety.

The Music Lodge also served as the festival headquarters for IconicReach, a new influencer marketing platform.

The 36-year-old entertainer and Will, 42, were joined at the event by their fellow coaches Sir Tom Jones and Olly Murrs, as well as host Emma Willis.

While promoting the new season, Jennifer – who won her first series of The Voice UK last year with champion Mo Adeniran – revealed that she will send a collection plate around after a particularly good audition.

“A fan gave it to me in America. She said every time I sing, I take everyone to church and then she gave me a collection plate,” Jennifer expressed. “I said I would take it with me to The Voice UK.”

“So if the acts have sung exceptionally well, I feel the need to get up and take a collection from the audience,” Jennifer continued. “Of course any money collected will go to charity.”

The Voice UK returns on Saturday, January 6 at 8pm on ITV!

DNCE took the stage at the Westfield Century City Reopening!

The band – Jack Lawless, JinJoo Lee, Joe Jonas, and Cole Whittle – helped celebrate the renovation on Tuesday (October 3) in Century City, Calif.

Other performers included Fitz and the Tantrums and iconic ’70s band Village People.

Also in attendance were will.i.am, Debbie Allen, Metta World Peace, Dolvett Quince, Lawrence Zarian, Westfield Century City co-CEOs Peter and Steven Lowy, and more.

The event was held in partnership with the Infinite Hero Foundation, which helps combat the most difficult frontline issues – both mental and physical – that face returning military heroes and their families, and funds programs that drive innovation and the accessibility of effective treatments dealing with service-related mental and physical injuries.

In a new teaser for the Apple Music version of Carpool Karaoke (which does not feature James Corden), Jessica, Will and Gwyneth hop a ride together and discuss old school raves before busting out into a rendition of the Black Eyed Peas hit, “I Gotta Feeling.”

“Can we rave in the car right now?” Gwyneth asks her passengers before pulling over on the street.
